“What is going on ? A latte only fills 1/3 of the cup..after us standing there for a good 15 minutes waiting for other drinks and food they thought about asking and said they lost the ticket what did we order..we literally went in so to not wait in drive thru line..terrible experience..The only 2 pleasant helpful ones were of course my tattooed employees thanks yall ..everyone else where are u?“

“You can't go wrong with this Maple doughnuts location. The staff are genuinely nice and they have "regulars." The factory is in the back so the doughnuts are super fresh. For the quality and variety, they are still really reasonably priced. There is always a shelf of day-olds in the morning which honestly, are better than fresh at other places.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not labeled as such though likely most doughnuts do not have meat productsParking: There's plenty of parking, especially off to the side. The front parking does get packed in the AM.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.“

“The best doughnuts around. We go out of our way to get doughnuts from Maple Doughnuts specifically. They have so many flavors, and the glaze is very good. They seem to stay fresh longer than other doughnuts I’ve had, and the dough itself is second to none. My only complaint is that many times I’ve been in there the people aren’t all that friendly. They serve you, but generally hold a conversation with their coworkers or don’t speak at all while doing it. It doesn’t really bother me, but it can seem awkward.“

“I ordered a cappuccino here to sit down and work for awhile. The cappuccino was okay for Duncan standards and the service was good too. I was here for a few hours and did notice that the employee banter between one-another was sometimes inappropriate and unavoidable to eavesdrop on. So professional ettiquette could grow in that area but that might only apply to you if you sit down for awhile in this spot.“

“First visit at the new location. Entering was a bit confusing at first but quickly figured it out. Drive through line was very fast and efficient despite being a popular hour. Food was great! The employee I spoke to was very kind. Super happy so far considering they just opened!“
