“Genuine Polish perogies cooked in butter and onions. Very tasty! I love living in close proximity. It's a rt 51 roadside treat. Walk up to the window and order. If there's a line, it's worth the wait. They have quite a variety of pierogies and other foods too. They make nut horns and lady locks. Delicious! And sell Turner's ice tea.

Vegetarian options: Potatoes, cheese, dough, cabbage, noodles, and crab cakes.

Parking: Parking is tight when it gets busy.”

“Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and tonight was only my first time there. As a mom of a young kiddo with Celiac, I was so happy by their dedication to keep their gluten free products from cross contamination, from the scoop washing to the glove changing. And the variety of products my daughter was able to get! She has never had a waffle cone in her life and ice cream sandwiches are only from a very very select few prepackaged companies that are impossible to find to begin with and incredibly expensive. I’d much rather spend my money on something local that is such a great company as well! Thank you for creating this, we’ll definitely be back!”

“This ice cream shop is cash only .I've been going to that ice cream store since I was a child my dentist was down the street but after I seen the dentist my father would take me up there to get some ice cream to cheer me up they got some great fantastic food as well a milkshakes and they're not like McDonald's and you don't have to worry about the milkshake machine where there's going to be working or not laughing out loud I personally would tell you to go check it out if you're in that area I don't think you'll be a disappointed if you like ice cream and they have many other things to choose from. They're chili dogs are awesome as well they're very close to Page's ice cream store on East Carson Street Becks Run Road stop by today and try a treat for yourself or treat the whole family to a night out with ice cream I don't think you'll be a disappointed one last thing I like to point out this ice cream shop is strictly cash only if they are very busy bring a little bit of patience with you they'll do their best to serve you they are very nice people the staff is always there they want to make sure you're happy when you walk away from that window they can't help the prices went up on things everything is going up. And I do believe most things are price and reasonable but when you want good quality like you said you'll pay for what you want If you want cheap ice cream then go to your local grocery store you want good ice cream then you're going to pay for it. Remember support your local business especially the small Mom's and Pops restaurants like this one, and your local stores without them this country was founded on Mom's and Pop's stores when you needed something the store will give you a small credit in your local Mom's and Pop's stores. “Living in the neighborhood right behind this Bruster’s, we’ve had a lot of experience with the owner and her employees. We absolutely love the owner. She is so kind. Once, I mentioned how much I missed chocolate marshmallow ice cream online and she made it the next day! The ice cream is amazing and there are always a lot of varieties. The owner also gives out a lot of coupons as well. Five stars; highly recommend!”

“We went to Fuji Sushi many Friday evenings when we lived in Pittsburg. Best sushi in the area at really good prices. Didn’t have a liquor license but allowed byo and we took a bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner. Tommy, owner, chef and really nice guy talked with us while he prepared our OMG rolls after tempura shrimp appetizers. We miss it a lot! Sure don’t have anything to compare here in southeast New Mexico where we live now. Hope all is well Tommy! Robert and Sharon”

“We arrived at 2:15 not realizing that they closed at two on Sundays, and they let us in anyway! They were very kind and welcoming, answering all of our questions, and then suggested some of their favorites. Decided on the big seafood boil with cajun honey seasoning. It was amazing, large portions, and delicious. Straight 5 Stars!”

“We visited during a Steelers game and were welcomed with friendliness and the feel of family. The drinks are generous. The food is readily available. Great place to host a party or family gathering. Cash only. Well, at least you know you're not leaving with an open tab. Great energy!

“This place looks like a house and a little hole in the wall. My daughter ordered a sandwich and let me try it when we got home and it was so good I drove back a few days later to get one for myself, my only complaint is I ordered it just like my daughter did but the lady(different then the one she ordered from) charged me extra meat and extra cheese. The sandwich had plenty when my daughter ordered, so the one I had was a bit much lol, but i can't believe how much meat they put on this, and it was still really good! The one lady my daughter ordered from was beyond nice, and you can tell she cares about her customers. The other lady not so much. If I based it on the lady that took my order, I would give her 1 star for service. The sandwich I got was Italian white toasted w/salami,turkey,ham, horseradish cheese and sharp cheddar. Spicy brown mustard and mayo. Light lettuce tomato onion and olives. (She 4got the olives) its a deli so they have all the meats! They also have delish kielbasa fresh and frozen. They have drinks and chips to make your meal complete!”

“Fabs is the best! Pittsbirgh definitely needs an African restaurant that does wonders with American food supply to make home cooked food! We know american soils, animals and vegetation pale in comparison to Africa! But Inlove Fabs nonetheless! I had previously given an unfavorable review and the owner Sajjad reached out to me and wanted to make it right, and he did! This Big Daddy pizza we just had for family pizza night was the best ever…perfect sauce to cheese ratio and cooked perfectly! I have zero complaints it was made with perfection ❤️ On top of that, this establishment is obviously ran by someone who truly cares about what people think about their product and THAT comes far and few. We are new to McKeesRocks but this is going to be our “go to” pizza joint from this day forward. 😘”

“I think I paid more than $5 for two slices of plain pizza before going to the Cure cover band show across the street it does seem like a nice neighborhood place families are eating here other people before they go enjoy the music Pizza is all right... I'm editing this. I feel kind of jerky about having complained about the price. If you are in the rocks and you need a slice of pizza, try Gavino's!”
