“Basic bar with a woodsman theme, but the food was fantastic and I was able to have a fancy cocktail (James and the Giant Peach). The wait and bar staff were shorthanded but made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend their Mac and cheese, boneless chicken, and ribs.“

“Front is your old school Bar and the back eating area is really nice and sperated from the front bar. Food was good "Bar Style Food" plenty of variety very reasonable prices along with nightly specials. My wife and I will definitely be returning.“

“We had a lovely dinner at this classic American Italian restaurant. Breadsticks were hot and yummy. Ask for the house salad dressing--an interesting oil based concoction. Drinks and food were inexpensive. Just three minutes drive from the Amtrak station.“

“We ate here on a Saturday afternoon. It was nice. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Fries, wow were they ever delicious! My mother-in-law got the Holiday Fries, they were also delicious! My husband got the Italian Sub, he said it was very good! The portions were a good size and the pricing was on point. Service was good, friendly bartender. Food came out in a timely manner. We will most definitely return! I look forward to it!“

“I would have to say this is not a bad place. The only issue with the place is parking not much around. But the food was good and well worth a trip and I enjoyed it otherwise. Limited menu but it was a good thing so it’s easier for them to not mess up the food. Great Alabama slammers though made perfectly each time no issues at all. Loved it a lot otherwise. The cash only part is a drawback but it was not bad though that is why it is a 4 star rating due to cash only.“

“There are dedications to those who held down the bar stools for years hung with care on the wall,s the best chicken wings in town, and always someone willing to play pool with you. They open in the mornings for the overnight shift workers and is one of the last bars in the area that is friendly to smokers. (So keep that in mind if you have issues with cigarette smoke. I've never seen it as bad as the Beerhause used to get, you don't feel like you have to keep your dirty clothes outside for a night hah, but I'm sure you'd notice it inside.)Parking: Free off-street parking lot and free on-street parking as well“

“The service and atmosphere were excellent. We sat outside on the deck, which was comfortable. I got the thin crust roasted garlic pizza. I couldn't taste any garlic and the pizza was very greasy. I've gotten the bowls on prior visits and from now on, I'll get one of those.“
