“A little biased here, but my father built LaBarbe’s back in the late 1920’s. It’s gone through changes over the years however, it still remains a wonderful place and still has the great food and great owners. I’m headed back to eat there today (8/6).“
“Stopped in as it was recommended by some locals. I ended up getting my food to go, but they had plenty of seating and TVs. The staff I engaged was friendly and helpful. I ordered wings and they hit the spot! I will definitely be back and will order the wings again, although next time I will get some pizza to go with it.“
“Impressive! I really wanted Falafel so hubby found this gem and ordered takeout. Needless to say we will definitely be back. The falafel was perfect. Pita was huge. The sauce was delicious, and the hummus, fantastic Hubby quite enjoyed his Gyro, so much so he’s on his way to get one for our son who said hey that sounds good. I look forward to more in the future. “Updated review since coming for dinner on a Sunday night when our other plans fell through, and neither of us wanted to cook. We had a GREAT time sitting at a high top by the bar. I enjoyed my cocktail. The kale salad was delicious and so large we got four servings out of it (one each for dinner, and again with our leftovers). Look at hubby mugging over this enormous tower of food that is the Dante's Beak "handheld" with a Nashville hot chicken thigh. (It is very hot--they're not lying.) And then there were the pumpkin gnudi: so soft, so creamy, so pillowy. Alas, they didn't travel or heat up well, but in the moment, they were heavenly. Prices were fair for service, food, drink, and ambience. Men's room is at the back, women's room is on the righthand side of the dining room. We'll definitely return when we're in Regent Square again.“

“I sometimes have a hard time finding this little neighborhood bar. It's a gem. I feel like it's kind of like a phantom bar that phases in and out of existence, like something out of Brigadoon. It defines the word 'cozy'. The food went from reheated pizza to (now) very respectable bar food. It's always chill here, and the prices are right. Bar staff are consistently friendly.It's good that this place is hard to find. It's for locals, and people that know how to behave in bars. If you can't respect that, you shouldn't go.“

“After a long bike ride on the Boston Trail we were looking for somewhere local to pop in for lunch. We just found this restaurant on Google and couldn’t be happier we gave it a shot. “Excellent!! The ??? Chef is creative and very innovative. They happened to have run out of pita chips for the spinach and artichoke dip the other night. Most places would have just said they were out and and had you choose something else. This guy went the extra mile and made some from from scratch and they did not disappoint! “Our first time here and it was great! A really fantastic beer selection, for starters. The food was so much better quality than the average restaurant/pub. Comfort food can sometimes be so basic and generic but the food here was REALLY impressive, fresh, perfectly seasoned and tasty. We'd go back in a second if we didn't live so far. “My friend and myself both got burgers, they were cooked as ordered, the fries were good. Service was prompt and attentive. I've been here a few times now and haven't been disappointed. It is a bar restaurant so it can get a little loud at times, but that's not unexpected for this sort of place, no one should be surprised there. Will come again.“

“On a trip to Pittsburgh from Lancaster Pa. We pulled off the turnpike and grabbed dinner at Rodney’s. We were so glad we did it was Awesome. The food was fresh, bread homemade, along with everything else. This place is 31/2 hours from home but I will be back it was that good.“
