“Large selection and varieties of slices & strombolis available. Their pizza is delicious, the dough, the sauce, the cheese ...all second to none. Their hidden gem is the footlong chili dogs! Owners are super nice. Place is extremely clean. A must try!“
“This place is right down at the bottom of our hill and I am sorry to say that I never ate there. I had a bad experience with take out when I first moved to this area and I was biased about trying their food again. I won't make that mistake again! The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. The staff is very friendly and our waitress was wonderful...attended to out every need. And we really enjoyed our food. Sorry I was tired and didn't take pictures of our food but I will be sure to next time! We each had different meals but they were delicious!“
“I got the eggplant Parmesan and linguine with white clam sauce and it was delicious!! The place was decorated so cute for Easter! The service was great she was very attentive and kept an eye on us but not to much, just right! Great time!“
“Loved sitting by the window to the outdoor patio overlooking the mountains.... saw some beautiful winter birds! Haven't been here in years. Very attentive staff, thank you Heather! The best part? My homemade Reese's peanut butter canoli! Oh my, that was delicious! Very clean, nice Italian ambiance. The view will definitely have me coming back.“
“Pretty much have tried everything on the menu, there isn’t a single thing I haven’t enjoyed. From coffee and specialty drinks to breakfast sandwiches or wraps to pizza and wing bites to cold and hot hoagies and even excellent cappelletti soup. They are giving you true cappelletti as well none of that meat tortellini nonsense that some places want to give you. Definitely a gem in the valley, check it out“
“This was the first time for me. I was here with a group of friends. We came here for dinner, which was good and reasonably priced. While there, I also noticed many people picking up orders. The service was also good. I would recommend this place.“
“Get the regular cheesesteak...Exactly how they make it and I promise you ? percent you will Love It!!! And of course they have a variety of drinks, chips, and sweets to choose from as well while visiting the shop. Absolutely ? % friendly and courteous.“
“Always love the friendliness of the staff, the prices & taste of the food. It keeps me coming back. The staff are always very sweet to my dog when I walk down. For a small deli they have a great range of homemade food and a variety of other items they sell.“
“I Need to say this first. My wife has been the one who has pick up our last two orders as this is our new spot for us. Tonight was my first time in there and let me tell you I was a kid again. When u think pizza joint I was not expecting what I saw. It was really cool and if you have not been there you Need go and see for yourself. Not to mention the food has not yet disappointed us and I gave props where Props are due and Tonight as a pickle lover I tried the pickle pizza and it was on point. Next time we order and please know they give the perfect amount of pickles it's in every bite but I want more pickles it was that good. I'm A born and raised South Philly guy who has been spoiled with all kinds of foods and I have to say this is a really good spot to check out if u have not yet. My compliments to the cooks and staff. Love itVegetarian options: Being a Pizza place you can many options for yourself for sure.Parking: They have a Parking lot that you can park in.Kid-friendliness: Without a doubt. Trust me when I say you have to see for yourself.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have on the site parking and a ramp for wheel chairs.“
“Family road trip from Williamsport to Old Forge just for lunch. Red and white trays of pizza were excellent. Even the music--literally every song was amongst our favorite songs. Special highlight? We got to meet Mary Lou, who took a break from making pasta to talk with us. Worth every single mile. We'll definitely be back! ?“
“A fun bar / pub to enjoy some great NEPA pizza. We arrived on a Friday and had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a table / booth (as was expected). Our party ordered both the round pie and a Sicilian tray. We were warned that pizzas were taking about 45 minutes which is what we experienced. Both pizzas were great and the side salads were very good as well. One problem, when the round pies were delivered the Sicilian was not with them. It took another 35 minutes fo the Sicilian to come out. I would have expected "first in line" service on the Sicilian but that is not what happened. Apparently the Sicilian order just went into the end of the cue. Bummer. All in all, and despite the problem with the order, we will definitely go back again.“
“Decent NY style pies, great toppings menu. Their hoagies are always good. My only issue is the delivery charge; I (and everyone should) tip their drivers and servers to provide them a respectable living. But, Rosario’s has good pizza, and a wide variety of sandwiches and entrees.Support local!“
“First time here ordered a slice coming from NJ/NY this pizza is delicious add a little garlic and pepper flakes and it's delicious enjoy it from me here's how it looked oops I ate it all well gotta come in to tryfor yourself$2.65 for a slice w cash“
“I don’t know what I would ever do if this place closed down. The new location is great. They are very clean and everyone is so friendly. The best New York style round pizza in NEPA. The sauce is sweet and I really never had a bad order. They are constant. THE BEST!!!!“
“YES. Agreed ..GET ON GRUB HUB! Please ASAP ? ? So it can be delivered ?.. Or kindly hire a reliable delivery driver. I LOVE THEIR CHICKEN & BROCCOLI IN GARLIC OIL- THE LASAGNA IS THE BEST, Chicken cachattori & Garlic knots are fabulous.“
“Great little pizza shop!!Pizza is great, hoagies are huge & very good, check out the ice tea, not sure what they use, but it's excellent!!Staff is always friendly & accommodating on my requests on the hoagies, hoagie rolls are nice & soft, filled up with plenty of meats. The pizza is tasty, i prefer the round over the square, just my preference.Definitely a must try when your on the North Side / Keyser Valley side of Scranton. I don't get toppings on my pizza, ever, just my preference, the steak & cheese & Italian hoagies are my favorite.“
“This place is a favorite. Great rotating beer selections on draft. Pizza is always amazing. Bartenders know us and our usual order as we are creatures of habit but you can't fake just knowing. If you know, you know. Overall, one of the best places in the valley to just chill. No TVs but internet so great place to just veg on your phone, iPad, or computer with some ear buds. Love this place!“
“Florios has always had great food. Their grilled chicken salad is amazing and it's huge I can feed myself for dinner and then lunch the next day with it. Only complaint is they only take cash anymore no credit/debit cards, which is very inconvenient because who really carries more than a few dollars on them. But otherwise great food and they are always very nice“
“Classical Italian dishes never a disappointment in all of my trips here. Have been both with small group and large group functions. The antipasto combinations have a variety to suit any palate. The pizza is a pleasant departure away from chain restaraunts. The warm fresh Italian bread is a must.“
“Ordered today for the first time because our other favorite place was closed, And because you deliver.Blown away! So good!! Service was fantastic. Even though we've never even seen a menu, your guidance was much appreciated.Fresh ingredients, perfectly baked and delicious!“
“We like to try other pizza places in the vicinity, but honestly keep coming back here because nothing compares. Food is consistently amazing. New York style. Favorite is the Shrimp & garlic, which is usually available only during Lent, but we always ask if they have it so I'm sure we've gotten it other times during the year. Added bonus each box has a coupon you can cut out & you get a free plain pizza with 10 coupons. Even without the coupons, this place is deserving of 10 stars. Customer Experience is great too! They're always friendly & kind, even when busy. Been going here about 5-6 years now at least once or more per month. Would recommend 10/10!“
“We got a chicken parm pizza the other day, and it was great! The fresh basil was a great touch, and I love that they went light on the sauce. For a large the price was around 16 dollars, so honestly, it was not bad for how big it was!Overall, this was a great find, and I can't wait to try more!!(may I suggest a chicken bacon ranch pizza? lol)“
“This Wegmans location gets 5 stars from me. The store is clean, the selection is huge, the place is always packed and the employees are always great spirited, helpful and accommodating. The Cafe is quite clean, and the Cafe staff are always on their toes keeping it that way. Finally, the prices at the Cafe and quality of the fresh made food are par excellence. As good, if not better than some restaurants. I will be certain to include some pictures of the pizza?for you to get an idea. Be sure to stop by for some good eats!“
“This could be amazing pizza, great dress dough on the round. Sauce is good. But they like all the other pizza places use the same grated American cheese that is used on a sheet pizza! Round pizza is Italian! That means whole mozzarella! Not American cheese people! Also too much flour left on the crust! If you can get past that! It's a good pizza!“
“I got to my hotel late, and googled best subs near me.... as I normally do when I'm away from home. Nello's was highly recommended so I figured I'd give it a try. They were closing soon and could have been 50/50 that I would get to order from here. I tried anyways. The gentleman that answered the phone was super nice and acted like it was no big deal that they were closing. He said, give me 5 minutes and it'll be ready. What!?! That's awesome!I ordered an Italian hoagie, and I have to say, it was one of the best I've had. Some places have great bread, or great lunch meat, or dressing. But Nellos had everything. I loved the bread, there was a perfect ratio of meat to veggies to bread, and the sub dressing was great. It was even lightly toasted, exactly how I like it. The hoagie by itself was 5 stars, the customer service was an additional 5 stars. My first ever 10 star review!“
“First time ever having their wings and pizza at the strong recommendation of a patient. It was phenomenal. Best wings and pizza we have had in years . Will be a family favorite. Can’t wait for the kids to come in to share this delicious experience. And we live a minute away ……“
“The service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I was happy to see family and children. I ordered the vodka personal pizza and it was very good. I love a crunchy crust. The sauce had good flavor! I dined in however they offer the slice app. There were many options for forms of payment including tap to pay and Apple Pay.“
“One block away from this establishment always makes for a super quick and easy stop for the family and I. Great staff, super friendly. If you try place or haven't tried the seasonal onions that they put on specials. Its a must have. All there seasonal menus are outstanding. Great job “
“If you ever are looking to go for a Santa Brunch look no further! Do not sleep on the opportunity for a festive atmosphere and delicious food. The Santa they also had was amazing. Pizza is excellent. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a lovely memory!“
“An older property that appears to have been around for 50+ years but very clean (spotless). We stopped for lunch on the way to visit a relative. The food is excellent and the sauce is the best I ever tasted. When I travel again to the area this will definitely be a stop for lunch or dinner!“
“First time here, greeted in a friendly manner. For starters I got the antipasto, now I'm not s salad person but this was really good. My pizza had onions, bacon, and sweet peppers. This was oh so delicious. Definitely recommend all to try, this is a cash only establishment. Until next time be blessed and stay safe.“
“The food is fantastic! It's a great spot for lunch or even if you want to pick up something to eat for dinner. All of the prices are very reasonable and the portions are good as well. I've been here quite a bit and have always enjoyed my food as well as the service I get. Just wish they had somewhere to sit inside for when you're waiting for your takeout order“
“I'm not long moved up here in Wilkes-Barre and someone introduced me to this restaurant illiano'sThey are kind and courteous to the customers this store is very clean and their food is very good and yes I would recommend illiano's to othery.?❤️“
“Shandras was literally across the street from me when I lived in Jenkins Twp. I ordered from there every Wednesday and Friday. When people claim that "Old Forge has the best pizza" I have to politely correct them. Shandras is BY FAR the BEST pizza on this planet- and the owners are the sweetest people on earth.“
“You Need To Know? Arrived at 5:15 on a good Friday & we were seated immediately. The service in this place is first class. Every customer is very well tended too. Our waiter Matt was a very polite & observant young man. He picked up on the fact that my picky wifes coffee wasn't the right temperature & asked her if she wanted it heated. Nice pick up on Matts part & appreciated. Happy wife, happy life. The very light & crispy pizzas at this location come from a wood fired stove. We ordered the Bikini Bottom [hamburger, pickles, cheese, & Mac sauce], the Bronx Bomber [specialty cheese, sausage & pepperoni], & the wood fired Sicilian ? The pizzas were flavorful & delicious. The only knock was the Sicilian is not like a traditional Sicilian you would expect. High end pizza bar with a great vibe! Now You Know! -TBH“
“Favorite pizza of all time. Grew up in PA eating here, and since moving to TN 20 years ago, we always have to stop and get some serpicos before we go back home when we come up to visit. Delicious, quick service, huge slices when just getting by the slice. Clean and nice atmosphere. Our family that lives here still goes all the time“
“My new Pizza Friday "go to". I first had this at the Italian Festival and I really enjoyed it. It is classic NY style pizza. Great tasting crust, sweet tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Whenever I order it is ready in 15 minutes - which beats the 1.5 hour wait for a pizza in the Abingtons on a Friday night. Yes - the location is "unique" (they share a storefront with Subway ) but the quality is incredible. Careful - the online menu is out of date and they no longer offer many of the menu items. But many items are still supported and the handwritten board on the wall is "the menu". I ordered the tomato bacon - which is no longer on the menu - so at first they said they could not make it - but after some conversation they said "we'll make it happen". It was incredible - fresh tomatoes instead of sauce with crispy bacon bits generously tossed on the cheese. One slice will do it - it's thick and chock full of tomato's. $20 for the large - you can't beat that. I always get a parking spot right in front of the Federal building so pickup has yet to be an issue. Step outside your comfort zone and give this establishment a hard look. You won't be disappointed. I really like the staff as well - so accommodating.“
“Was able to drop in yesterday and check out G&M’s warehouse near Idle Hours South in Scranton. I have been meaning to come here for nearly a year now and finally had a day where I could line it up.I love cooper sharp cheese for cheesesteaks so I began trying it on other things and realized I love it on breakfast sandwiches and burgers too. When someone told me the burgers here were great and I saw one on their menu with Cooper Sharp, it was on like donkey Kong … or just a fat hungry guy ??♂️The Cooperstown Burger was a bacon cheeseburger with caramelized onions using cooper Sharp. It was served on a brioche roll and I added the pickles from the side to the burger. I opted to add fries and cole slaw to the plate (I believe that was a $4 upcharge). This is a burger you should try…like yesterday. The video is up on my social media pages (as well as hundreds of other spots) which you can access using this link - https://linktr.ee/Didnt_Suck - G&M’s Warehouse - Didn’t Suck!“
“My sister and I discovered this gem when we started going to our chiropractor. Now everytime we travel to an appointment we make it a point to stop here. The one time the fries weren't cooked but other than that it's always amazing.“
“I love going here when I go up to the mall, the food is great, what I really like about it is there not only pizza, but different dinners, like spaghetti and meatballs subsVegetarian options: The salad's are greatDietary restrictions: Just let them know about your dietaryParking: It's close to the DinosKid-friendliness: They have pretty good selectionWheelchair accessibility: It's real close to Dino's“
“Finally got around to trying both their square and round pizza since it's only $10 for a 16-in. The round has very thin crust which I personally like. I'm not a pizza professor so I can't tell you what kind of cheese or whatever may have gone into the ingredients to give you an idea of what the outcome is but I thought it was good. The slices are definitely not as hefty as you would find at maybe Napoli's or in the Wilkes-Barre area Nello's to give an idea. But for $10 I would not pass this up. As for the square variety again not a pizza professor but it's comparable to most everything else around here. I would say at least in the square tray that I got the crust seemed a little too hard for my liking. But again no joke for a full tray for $10.“
“This is a hidden gem in Scranton!!Great pizza, seasoned perfectly.Specialty pizza's are awesome too!!Staff is always hard working & very friendly !!Definitely a must try pizza shop, that's my favorite part, they only sell pizza!!!“
“I was amazed at how nice the people were. The food was so amazing it felt like the flavors were danceing on my tounge. There red sauce was really spicy it made my nose run. May I add the decorations in the are so cool. It was an overal 5 star place to go. I have nothing bad to say.Vegetarian options: There was a vegitarian fajita if I recal correctly on menu.Dietary restrictions: The made sure not to put any onions in my dads food even though he isn't allergic he just doesn't like them, and there was no onions found anywhere.“
“My wife and I used to drive down from just north of Binghamton, NY to go to the Victory Pig for pizza. We were originally from the Wyoming Valley and were familiar with it, having patronized it for years. Lately, both their pizza and service had gone way down. Saw in a review where someone switched to Ceccoli's Pizza, and it was like the Pig used to be. Decided to take the hour and a half drive and check out Ceccoli's. It was delicious, with the chunky tomato sauce with lots of onions, good cheese, and a nice crisp crust. Their pork bbq is also great. Ann, the charming lady at the counter, was very accommodating and friendly, with a nice smile. Ceccoli's has great Old Forge style pizza, in my opinion, it's better than the places in Old Forge, as well as a very nice varied menu and all at a very reasonable price. Just keep in mind that it's takeout only, but worth the little bit of inconvenience.“
“We took our staff to The Frog Pond for Wednesday Wing night, to blow off a little steam after a long day in the office. What a great little treasure this restaurant/bar is.The wing specials were amazing. The wings were sizeable and meaty. We tried a selection of the sauces and if you’re looking for something different, try the cucumber wasabi.Pizza was as advertised! We had the white Sicilian which is just cheesy goodness. We also ordered the bacon double cheeseburger MJs way (highly recommended)Drinks were very good and reasonably priced and served by the very personable and attentive, Kevin.Just a great neighborhood spot!Parking: There is a very well lit parking lot on N Grant St.“
“Ordered 2 hoagies, some chicken bites and the meateor pizza. Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend the red garlic parmesan sauce on the bites and the pizza was . Not to mention we called during busy hours and was told 45 min to an hour for delivery. Food was hot and at our door in 30 min. Get yourself some yummies!!“
“Best Italian hoagie in North East Pa... Friendly fast delivery.....Prices very reasonable...try a large pizza with extra cheese...you will love it.....all the food is absolutely delicious...Try it you'll like it...Parking: Street parking or parking lot on side of establishment“
“Sandwiches so good we went two days in a row! The clerks at the counter were very helpful in making suggestions for us on our first visit. My daughter and I followed the recommendation and shared the steak & cheese hoagie and were not disappointed! My son-in-law had a tasty chicken parmesan hoagie. Went back the next day to try the sausage & peppers and roast beef hoagies, while my son-in-law did a repeat of the chicken parm. All were excellent and were a great value! Will have to be a go-to spot when I’m in town!“
“This little pizza shop packs a punch for its small atmosphere and small staff, and in a good way. They took over the one place I loved to get my Chinese takeout. I’m not afraid to say that due to these economic times, cheap pizza is the better pizza. HOWEVER! You get what you pay for. My partner and I bit the bullet and paid for their plain cheese pizzas, just to test them out. We were genuinely surprised ! It was delicious ! And absolutely worth the price. I’ve tasted dominos one too many times. This isn’t even comparable. If you want cheap tasting pizza for a deal, get dominos. but if you want the bang for your buck, stop by these guys. Lovely staff to boot. Didn’t let us walk out the door without some paper plates! T“
“LA Palazzo was an excellent choice for dinner after my husband's memorial service. We had about 90 people. Everything was delicious. The staff was wonderful and considerate. The owners were easy to work with from scheduling to meal planning.“
