I just picked up some takeout and forgot my drink inside, while sitting in my car their employee ran out and brought the drink out to me! “Great pho!! I got the beef stew pho, husband got the deluxe. Got a few appetizers too. The pho was incredible, the meat was very tender! The dumplings were delicious. I wasn’t too big of a fan of my nieces meals. The fried chicken and grilled shrimp.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Saigon. We ordered the Pho with Rare Steak, the broth was hot and flavorful and clear, noodles cooked well. We also ordered the garden rolls with the peanut dipping sauce which were excellent. The Vietnamese coffee was to die for, do not leave without it! “I’ve been here a bunch of times but they keep adding new menu items to get excited for. They now offer rice bowls! Their banh mi’s are really good, the classic and pork skewer are my favorites! Nicely flavored meat with the right balance of fresh picked vegetables. The bread is crisp as it should be. Their drinks stay creative and exceptional! So many options you can even craft your own. I’ve tried nearly all of them and enjoyed every single on. Personal favs are the Thai sunset, lychee sunrise, and purple daze. The service is always amazing and really helpful, and you can dine in inside or outside or take out, order through an app to go. It’s casual and easy for a lunch break or really anytime!“

“An amazing addition to Conshy. The tofu summer rolls were delicious. My grilled pork bahn mi was delicious as was my wife's tofu bahn mi. The bread is absolutely delicious! I had the beef brisket pho and the broth was delicious. Not too oily and had a nice complex taste that you want with good pho. The meat was tender. My wife had the tofu pho and they load it up with delicious crispy tofu. The broth was also delicious (and vegan). The ambiance inside is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. Parking is very easy. We will definitely be back!“

“This was our first time here. What a wonderful experience with the servers being so professional and kind. Even had someone come and say Thank You for dining with us. It was more than just a casual gesture. Felt very authentic. Food was wonderful! So so so fresh was the feeling and quality food! It’s always worth spending a bit more when the quality shows it. Didn’t take any photos of the food, but it was very colorful and well presented. We had a variety of appetizers: Bruschetta, Cesar Salad as well as Artichoke Hearts. My friends had a soup and a steak. They loved it. My wife and I shared a pasta primavera. So so full of fresh veggies! Didn’t feel like a sacrifice to be vegetarian at all. I also appreciated the bread with butter and cheese that was served. Highly recommend!“

“It's a very decent restaurant and my first impression was good.The restaurant provides a chic ambience, and it's decorated nicely. It gives a crisp and clean atmosphere for it hasn't even been six months since it opened last year. Service rendered was very good. Our server was polite, charming and efficient. Our food came out from the kitchen fairly quickly after we placed our orders.As is often the case for me, I tried Pho Tai for my first visit to establish a baseline for the goodness of a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, Pho Ngon was only just about average for me.Pho broth was very decent, but it wasn't the best. The beef was a little tough because it came out of the kitchen pretty much well-done. The broth stays extremely hot, and the steak and fresh garnishes are packed separately. The Banh Mi Thit Nuong (grilled pork) and Banh Mi Bo Nuong (grilled beef) are also tasty. “Decent "mainstream" Pho restaurant for the mass. Pho came out fast. Both beef and chicken pho are good. One small "complaint" was the broth could be a tad hotter. Grilled pork and egg roll bun was the best. The pork was marinated with fresh lemongrass, which brought out a very nice flavor.We were very thirsty after our meal.
