“Their spicy tuna sandwich is sooo delicious! Love this place! I was celebrating my birthday on 11/22 with my aunt, who’s never been there before. She liked everything we had. So much so, that she plans on bringing her crew there for their next hang. We ordered from the lunch specials- eel for me with particularly tasty miso soup- I could smell the smoky scent that tells me it will be flavorful & it was. I HAD to have the spicy tuna sandwich too-it’s still as delicious as I remember from quite a few years ago. My aunt had a beef teriyaki bento box from the bottom of the lunch specials list on the menu & she enjoyed that & everything else in the Boxed Lunch. I let her try my eel and the marinated daikon from the platter & she was surprised at how yummy they both were. Portions were generous too. The staff were very nice, and attentive. We couldn’t have had a nicer experience. We’ll be back much sooner next time.“

“The high rating is totally deserved! Came in last night, sat at sushi bar, and proceeded to have a memorable meal. Spectacular sushi, fresh and delicious, led by the sushi chef with great service and a beautiful atmosphere. This place should be packed every evening!“

“Stopped in on a whim after shopping at Trader Joe’s and thought sushi sounded good. We were pleasantly surprised after not knowing really anything about this restaurant. The restaurant was clean and had an awesome vibe to it - we were seated immediately and it was a Friday night! Server was quick & accommodating…she also gave us recommendations for most popular sushi rolls. Their menu in general is extensive, so much so that we ordered 3 more rolls than we needed because everything sounded so good. We also got one of their ramen bowls (also many options on their ramen menu!) which was TO DIE FOR. We talked about it for a solid week after! All of our food was so delicious, we feel like we found such a gem of a spot! We’ve already talked about how we’ll be making more Trader Joe’s tripped solely to come back to Kumo 🙌🏼 Highly recommend!!!! Wish I took photos to post but we ate everything so quick and our phones were the last thing we were focusing on after one bite. It’s also BYOB which is always nice!“

“Koi is an amazing place! It is some of the best sushi my husband has ever tried, and it comes complete with a special design by their sushi chef. This family owned restaurant has multiple member of their family, and it truly adds a personal touch. Joey was our server last night, and it was great to learn more about the restaurant - plus he made us laugh and just made our experience even better! Their outdoor dining is an awesome option - and the setting truly can’t be beat! We can’t wait to come back!“

I am no longer skeptical. We have dined here three times now and every dish has been incredible. Lobster teriyaki was two huge tails. Miso soup was beautiful. They have brought us comped soup/salad and special fish fry nuggets.

“The gyozas are my favorite. Literally nowhere else in the area makes them like they do. They are the fried pork gyozas. They are super crispy and the sauce that comes with is delicious. I always get those then hit CinCin next door for lo mein and general tso’s. Takeout and dining in is great. The atmosphere is super cool. I’ve also gotten sushi at the counter and it was tasty. It is a tad expensive for the gyozas $6-8 for the 5 gyozas but worth it.“

“We have been ordering sushi here for years. Tonight, I decided to switch things up and try the hibachi. Did not disappoint!! Truly some of the best take out I have ever gotten. The tray was loaded with food, and you get soup or salad along with fried rice. I did chicken and steak hibachi. And will continue to order that.“

“Queen Sushi is a hidden gem in Keswick! The food is awesome, seriously has become my go to Chinese-American food take out spot. Especially love all of their faux meat plant based selections. Literally just had leftovers for dinner tonight. Never have any complaints. Sushi also great! I took one star off for atmosphere because the fish in the fish tank could stand to get improved conditions, water's always cloudy and there's no hiding spots for them or other stimuli. I always say hi to them though, they're my buds.“

I think the portions are good and the flavors of their speciality rolls work well together. I also enjoy their kitchen items and their miso soup is always delicious. “My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. “Entering their establishment, I immediately felt welcomed by the cozy ambiance and charming decor. Everything looked so good on the menu that it took me some time to decide. Never was I rushed. We ordered several things and portions were gigantic with lovely presentation. The chicken katsu was a bit dry but everything else was great. We were surprised by the complimentary sashimi garnish on one of our choices, and were also presented with a small beautiful wooden box with chopsticks. I have dined at so many Japanese restaurants in several states, this a first time one has ever done something that thoughtful. What a wonderful place! Thank you so much ♡“
