“This review comes from New York and Massachusetts. While visiting family we met up for breakfast at kimmie kitchen. The food was delicious. And had kimmie wait on us, she was phenomenal. Highly recommend . You will not find a place that has such family atmosphere and amazing food. Can't wait to go back for another visit will be stopping in again.”

“Takumi has a great menu. There is a lot of variety to choose from. Unfortunately, I thought the chicken ramen stir fry I got was a bit bland and lacked flavor. However, the restaurant is nice and seems to be well kept. Our favorite is the fruit tea with popping bubbles. The servers are very friendly. Overall, I really like this little place.”

“Attended two different class reunions in two weeks. Don was a big help with menu suggestions as well as adjusting to changes in the number of guests. He provided the proper sized room at the last minute both times. Staff was friendly and efficient. Both the Speakeasy and the Warehouse are great places to gather. Food was wonderful! Highly recommend for smaller gatherings!”

“I am not from the area but am currently working at the local halloween store. I very first tried this place because it was on doordash and I dont know where anything is. It is honestly probably one of the best burgers I've ever tried and something about the fries.. we keep ordering weekly but I'm sure before the season is over we will try to find it to "sit down" and eat it as well.!! 5 stars.!!! ♡”

“To start, do yourself a favor and try escargot for your first time! Any of the beef options are delicious(though I get the marinated tips) and always pair with a side of the PA famous “Captiva Sauce”! All homemade and all traditional and delicious. On top of that the tiramisu is to die for. All in all you can miss here of the menu and the specials are always changing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GIVE IT A GO!!”

“My girlfriend and I wondered in to Nanty Glo off the Ghost Town Bike Trail on Saturday April 4 during the COVID-19 lockdown. Almost all businesses were closed and we decided to bike thru town only to find Al's OPEN for takeout. We got to enjoy some delicious pizza slices, a cold drink and a piece of Al's delicious homemade pie. If you're biking in, make Al's a must-stop. You'll be supporting a great local business and enjoying some delicious food too!! RECOMMENDED!!!”

“Went for lunch with my daughter got the lunch special. Salad, cavatelli with meat sauce, wood fired margarita pizza, a cup of wedding soup, 2 gelatos, and 2 drinks. Could not believe how good and cheap. $23 and change for both of us. Definitely will go back!”

“My husband and I went for dinner last night. The food was outstanding. I ordered off the special menu, and it did not disappoint. Our service was fantastic, and Dana always comes out and catches up with her customers. One of our favorite restaurants in town. And don't forget a charcuterie board for your special occasions. We love the Christmas brunch and Valentine's ones.”

“Let me start off by saying we love your ice cream, and your employees are often very polite. My one complaint is that they overfill the cups when you order a Sundae and hand them to you running over. We were there yesterday and purposely ordered my husband‘s small Sunday in a medium cup and a young man handed it to him in a small cup, and then handed him an empty medium cup?! I specifically said I wanted my husbands small sundae in a medium cup, so it doesn’t dump all over my car . I was then handed my small strawberry sundae, running over the sides. Needless to say it was all over my car all over my clothes. I’d say the last four months we’ve been there it’s been the same thing . They hand you a sticky overflowing cup, and then offer you a napkin.”
