Had a delicious dinner here with my 18 year old son on a trip to Philadelphia. We stopped in because it was close to our hotel, but the food was wonderful. We talked with one of the owners, Manny, as he told us the specials. He clearly loved what his restaurant offered the public. Huge portions and great value - my bottomless-pit son enough left with a full stomach!
I was at the convention center and asked one of the locals where they go for pizza. Recommended Aldo & Manny's, which was a great choice. I walked in at 2:30 and only a few folks in front of me. Bought 2 cheese and a Pepsi. Pizza was nice and crisp with a very good crust. Would recommend.

Great new interesting option at a local family run Pizza Shop. They have added Birria pizza to the selection, it's like "Sunday Dinner at Mom's on a slice" it is a very flavorful slow cooked pot roast type beef on pizza crust with excellent flavors and if your over 50 it is likely to take you on a journey back to Sunday dinner at home when you were growing up in the US.
