I love the food and coffee and I love Felicia who is the main barista there. But the tall Caucasian gentleman there refuses to put on gloves! And when I confronted him about it he lied to my face and tried to act like he had gloves on. Very simple ask to put gloves on at a FOOD place dude.
Visiting Philly for the weekend for an event and we thought we'd give this place a go. Unfortunately our experience was anything but pleasant. There is a specific employee here who is aggressive and incredibly rude to customers. Upon reading other reviews I was sorry to see that others have had the same experience with her.
