4 star food. 1 stars service. Thank God the food is great or I'd order from elsewhere. Some times they answer the phone. If they do they'll put you on hold for 10 minutes. Some times you get the hold music. Some times they put the phone down on the counter and you get the joy of hearing them forget that you are waiting for them to return to take your order. Some times you place an order and they totally forget to deliver it. Your food is great. Please get you act together and hire someone who can handle simple act of answering a telephone. I want to keep giving you my money bit your making it tough.
