Update: While the guidance from posting this review was not helpful as I had already done those things. I was able to call the restaurant for which the gift card was intended. The manager put us in touch with an IT contact who was able to rectify this for us and get us an electronic gift card. The manager of the restaurant and the supporting manager were both absolutely fabulous! I would have given a 5 star had the first attempts at reaching the Garces group not been such a hassle....read full review
