The atmosphere is awesome, but a bit noisy. You have to order at the bar, which can be tricky, but the staff are pleasant. The food arrived very quickly and we were shocked at how affordable the prices were for all the dishes.
I struggle with what rating to give Graffiti. It's an extension of Sampan (and Double Knot), but without the ambiance. You travel down a tight alleyway - one at a time, just to sometimes find an overly packed little outdoor area. If it isn't full, it's the perfect little outdoor space with the delicious bites from sampan. If it's full, just leave. It's outdoors, but it'll feel claustrophobic just the same.

We had a great time in the outdoor bar area behind graffiti bar, after we braved the alleyway. The space is well decorated and the bar provides a lot of space for an average night. On Friday it was a little too crowded so you'll want to play that by ear, but we still found places to stand and enjoy our drinks.
