One of the more upscale spots in Philadelphia that has that Parisian aesthetic. It’s on the pricier side, afternoon tea set starts at $70 per person. The space is in the lobby of the rittenhouse hotel, nice open and airy, service was great as well, our server was very attentive and sweet. The teas were amazing, complex and fragrant.
