I been coming to this place for years I really like it but some staff don't have the right hygiene to work there they come to work like there in there house her mess up face all dirty every time I go I have to make sure who's there to eat in peace they need to hire new people there I'm planning if they continue like this I will stop going to this place

For us, this is the “Year of the Diner” and the Mayfair did not disappoint. It is a large diner with the usual diner fare. Our waitress was great! Friendly and accommodating to our requests. The food was good, served quickly. The shredded potatoes with crunchy edges were a surprise. The diner is accessible, with wide isles, plenty of open tables and roomy booths. The staff sang happy birthday to a 5 year old behind us. Very sweet. Lots of families. The spaces in the parking lot are on the small side, so cars are very close to each other, making it difficult to get in/out of the car doors. There is also street parking right in front of the diner.

Amazing service! Friendly staff and very fast with service. The food was amazing! I ordered the creamed chip beef with home fries….yo! Let me tell you that was so f-n good! The portion was so large I couldn’t even finish it all! I wanted to, though! Our waitress Susie was AWESOME! So sweet and attentive! I would definitely recommend the Mayfair diner to everyone!

One of the few places you can still get a 'taste of Philly'. Reminiscient of the old mom and pop stores where everybody knows you...cozy, quaint and comfortable...With good food to boot! Win, win!
Never liked it. It's a wonder they don't close since they never have the regular menu anymore.cut hours. Too pricey like everything else. We are not in the first year of COVID-19 anymore. But due to inflation, everybody is friggin greedy. Not going back.

Good food, good service and I've noticed since I used to go as a kid, plus worked there 20 years ago, they used definitely serve very small food portions and now they've been serving better amounts for the money.
