We tried multiple pizzas from Pizzata today and they were all so good! We had the cheese, pepperoni, and arugula with prosciutto. The flavor of the sauce was extremely tasty and all of the toppings were extremely fresh! The crust was also perfectly crunchy and held all of the toppings well. The pizzas were picked up, so cannot comment on the inside of the restaurant. We will definitely get more pizza from here again soon!
The good pizza made for delivery doesn't exist. That said, most places at this price point don't do as good a job as this. The dough was particularly excellent, clearly had plenty of time to proof, which made the thin crust tough enough to stand up to being driven across philly for 45 mins. I could stand a bit more oomph in the passata, but that's a question of taste I guess. I wouldn't do the garlic knots again-- i think shaved raw garlic is a mistake.
