I went in yesterday to have some water ice. I ordered the quart of pear and cherry and 2 cheese pretzels. The experience was perfect! The pretzels were burnt I wanted to contact the young lady that served me but I decided to just forget about it. Overall the experience was still good. The water ice was great!! Thanks!

Went here the other day to get pretzels 2 hours b4 they closed. They didn't have any made, therefore they told me they didn't have any, instead of just making some more. I literally asked if they can make them. The young lady went to ask her manager if it would be ok to make some more and the manager said no.
