I come here all the time because of it is convenient because of classes and I can mobile order. But at this point I would rather go waiting in line at Starbucks for legit 1/3 of the time it takes them. Don’t bother mobile ordering because the app doesn’t give an accurate time for when it’s ready. They always mess up the order and always have a line. It took 30 minutes for a bagel and latte with no people in line. No one behind the counter moves fast even with a line.

There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME i order here. Their lattes and cappuccinos are milk with a dash of coffee, sometimes even adding an extra shot doesn’t help. Their workers need to at least clip their hair up if not wear a hair net bc my friend found a hair IN HER COFFEE.
