First time trying Win Kitchen and I ordered the Banh Mi with fried tofu. The gentleman who made my sandwich was friendly and showed great care making my food. He asked if I wanted jalapeños in my banh mi and I said I wasn’t brave enough to have some, so he gave me extra cucumbers instead. For airport food, the banh mi was good and tasty! I ordered a pho and it was beautifully cooked. The two chefs were very kind and friendly. Their cooking was fabulous! WinKitchen is the restaurant to go to when you are waiting for your flight!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables included in the pho. I do recommend pho.
Very impressive Vietnamese pho, bahn mi and bowls. Very interesting and delectable with vegetarian options. I had Ga chicken soup and found it very authentic with the herbal flavors of basil and other seasoning I expect. The Thai lemon tea is new to me that never disappoints with the right lemony zing and sweetness and puts it at par with the usual thai tea we all know that comes with cream.
