“This is the single best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They never disappoint here. The staff is always friendly and patient, and I have seen them deal with upset customers. The manager is understanding and kind. There are times when I go to other Dunkin’s in the pittsburgh area but the coffee always taste the best at this one. I used to live very close and was a regular. The staff quickly knew my go to order and it felt nice to see the same consistent people working here. I moved away from the area about 2 years ago so would go to different Dunkins and came back today and still saw some of the same staff. They recognized me and asked how I was doing and even remembered my order. You can not get better service or better Dunkin drinks anywhere else. 100/10.“
“i'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my best friend and i go to this location 2-3 times a week for iced coffee. we both work at a competing coffee chain (astroid...money) so we know how hard it can be to please coffee drinkers. the staff at this location consistently makes DELICIOUS bevs! their speed of service is superb and all the employees are super kind and hardworking. there's an urban myth that dunkin is inconsistent, but it really must be a myth because i've never left this location disappointed. keep up the good work!“
“You know I had to get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirls and cream, with the midnight roast!. I also have the Dunkin’ Donuts app which has rewards on it. So there was a reward for a free lemon pound cake!. Which was a decent size and it was nice and moist. The Dunkin’ Donuts had a drive-through, which was convenient no line the service was fast. Customer service was friendly.“

“We were waited on pretty quickly. There was a big line in the drive through so we went inside. There were a bunch of people inside as well. I was surprised at how quickly we were waited on. We got a dozen of donuts & a coffee. Everything was fresh & tasted amazing. The staff was happy & friendly.“

“We frequent Dunkin quite often. I have nothing negative to share about this visit as the workers were kind on this day, our order was correct, and in addition to my regular ordered items (the egg white and veggie bites are TO DIE FOR FYI!)I tried/ordered a lightly iced coffee with the new Butter cookie flavor and cold brew foam and cookie pieces on top added heavy oatmilk and 3 sugars. Coffee is the only thing I like a little sweet.. I feel like the cookie butter is sweet but not to an extreme. I would TOTALLY recommend trying it!! Also my Mom tried the new toasted white chocolate and swore it was giving off coconut vibes for those who love coconut.“

“The staff here are amazing!! I come most mornings before work to get my refresher fix. They always go out of their way to compliment my outfit, nails, or hair! The service is so incredibly fast even if the line is crazy long. To put it plainly- I was leave this Dunkin in a far better mood than when I showed up!!“
