“Our large party had a wonderful experience celebrating a college graduation at Monterey Bay. Our group was accommodated at a table with a beautiful view of The Point. The service was exceptional, and we felt very welcome and special. We were not rushed, our graduate was made to feel extra special with complimentary dessert, and unique postcards signed by the table. The staff even offered to take our pictures in front of the amazing view. The food was very good, albeit pricier than what we are accustomed to, but we knew that when we made the reservations. “So, Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills was clean and had a menu with many options. I chose the shrimp skewers and added a scallop one. They were tasty. I added a side of Brussel sprouts. They were delicious. The biscuits were good. The baked potato was done well. All of the staff were friendly . It’s worth a return visit to try the Salmon Bowl or maybe the flounder.“

“Took my mother to Roland's today for seafood stew, which was amazing, but our waitress, ***DAWN***, was even more amazing. Something so very special about her that heals your heart of pain you didnt even know you had! and just by taking your order and serving your meal, she does this. The only negative was the waitress…. very intrusive, in your face when talking, asking too many questions about my earrings, and her cologne was way too strong it made us want to change seats but we stayed.“

I have never seen a restaurant where every server, food runner and staff worked as a great team!! To be welcomed by several staff, food arrived in great time, hot. and fantastic. Every person passing your table would ask how you are,how is everything and it truly is a group effort to 100% focus on the patrons!! I felt very special and appreciated. we ordered the zucchini strips and shared the large fish sandwich dinner. WOW! Wow! Well over a pound of fresh fish and two sides!! Outstanding just like the service and the staff. Kudos to management and staff, as you could see the great working team and how all patrons were exceptionally taken care of! You gained another life long patron.“

“It's hard to find a good fried fish sandwich but this is definitely my new place! The fish was flakey and the breading was crisp! This place takes care when packing fried food to go. Gently wrapped in paper so it doesn't get soggy. Everything had such great flavor! We added perch and catfish to our meals and they was outstanding! Thank you for the great food and service!“

“First time eating here. Having a reservation did not get us seated very quickly - very busy around 1pm for Sunday brunch. We were not seated until 40 mins past our reservation even after we got a text saying our table was ready. About 15 mins after that we were taken to our table. “MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“We were there on Saturday at 4pm. Parking lot already had at least 1/2 dozen cars. Did not have reservation so decided to eat at bar. I have never eaten at bar seating before so I wasn’t sure if I would like it. Let me tell you, it was so enjoyable! The bar was completely full within 15 minutes and the bartender was awesome. She was so friendly and competent. Complete pro!! No one was ever waiting for anything! Food was delicious. I will definitely sit at this bar and eat anytime.“

We were only there for the happy hour and celebrating our birthdays without mentioning anything about them but she noticed the gift and made an effort to ask. Two managers stopped by to ensure that we were well taken care of. We even ordered a specialty drink with specifications and it was delivered perfectly. “I have too many words to share to describe this establishment. Tonight was my first experience dining here, after a day date with my boyfriend we decided we were in the mood for hibachi. The first mistake we made was driving from Robinson to Carnegie to dine at Benihana‘s. Within thirty minutes of being there, we left (but that’s another story) Unsatisfied and still very hungry, we decided to stop in at Sapporo’s. They didn’t open until 4:30 (at this time it was 4PM) and noticing the website says reservations only, I called to make sure it was okay we dine in. The man on the phone said what time can you be here and I informed him we were already in the parking lot. He told me “I’ll see you in thirty minutes” The moment we walked in we already knew we made the right decision. The table we sat at was full of kind people. Everyone was talking, sharing stories, laughing etc. it literally felt like we were sitting at the dinner table with FAMILY. The chef came out who happens to be the owner. A one man show, and boy did he kill it! The food was so fresh. I had the filet and scallops and it was cooked to perfection. Not only did he make a great meal. He shares stories himself, took the time to actually enjoy our company and show his appreciation that we were there. He must be the sweetest man I’ve ever met. His wife was very pleasant as well! The waitress was so accommodating and very on top of things with her being the only one there. I honestly think this is the longest review I ever made… I could go on and on but long story short, you will NOT be disappointed with Sapporos.! Living nearly 5 minutes away, this will be our forever date night spot!“

Not sure what type of crab is used, fairly certain it was not lump crab meat? We will try a different seafood entree or sandwich on our next visit & hope for better.“

“I’ve been going here since 2019 and have always loved it. Good food, awesome drinks, friendly staff. Lately it feels like the restaurant has gotten a little greedy — prices are rising, quality is falling, and the drinks are just not the same! Used to love coming here on a Friday for the margarona special but my last 3 visits the quality had significantly declined and i just don’t want to come as often anymore… I hope things can improve and this can become a regular spot for me again“
