“Visited with a friend for dinner yesterday. No wait on a Saturday night. We shared the pakora starter. I got the jollof rice with tofu. My friend got the black bean bowl with rosemary potatoes and a mint lemonade. Everything was absolutely delicious and everyone from the waitstaff to the owner (who came over to introduce himself) were so nice and welcoming. Very reasonably priced. “I was there for a charity event. They had delicious snack type food. My chai tea was absolutely delicious. Service was great and everyone very friendly. Much of the historic charm of the building is intact. The only reason for a 4 on atmosphere was the music was a little too loud.“

Mt daughter loved their pita and hummus.Vegetarian options: They clearly labeled dishes on their menu as vegetarian , vegan or dairy free. That was great for us because one of us has a dairy allergy.“
“Great modern, healthy, restaurant. I loved all the gluten free options and enjoyed the Greek warm bowl with salmon. I also had the kale and apple smoothie, it tasted like it sounds. There wasn’t a lot of sugar or additives to hide the flavor. I still enjoyed the smoothie but it’s not for everyone, it definitely grossed out my husband and toddlers. This may cost a bit more than some similar restaurants but I think it’s worth it for good quality, well made, Whole Foods- which they did an excellent job of providing.Dietary restrictions: They specify on the menu what is gluten free and have lots of good options.Kid-friendliness: I took my toddlers, they were comfortable there. Lots of room for the wagon. Men’s bathroom didn’t have a changing table.“
“We were really impressed with our lunch at SoFresh. Serving grass fed & wild caught at a fast casual restaurant is huge and it's at a great price point too. We got the asian fusion wrap w gulf shrimp, Cali bowl with grass-fed beef, and the buffalo chicken quesadilla and all were solid. Taylor got a banana-date smoothie and I got a cold pressed juice. Great location in the heart of Shadyside/Sliberty. Will definitely be back.“
“I've been a resident of the South Hills most of my life, but somehow have been napping on this great neighborhood spot. The food is fresh and tasty: they offer substantial salads as well as awesome sandwiches,pizza, and their (for good reason) famous "yoli rolls." The service is fast and attentive. The prices are incredibly reasonable for genorus portions. Also, the afternoon classic rock playlist is a nice bonus!“
“I have been a Mike and Tony's fan since the downtown location was the only one. I am ecstatic that they are now no more than 15 minutes from my house (even less during less traffic times). I ordered my usual, gyro and fries, and these guys did not disappoint. I plan on trying a few other items on the menu really soon.“
“I love Piada. Ive always ordered over the app and never had any issues. (P.s they have great rewards too). Unfortunately this past visit, it seems someone else’s order got put in my bag (1 of the 2 dishes were right). I didn’t check the bag before I got home only to discover we got the wrong item. Luckily, the head chef/manager at this location was so generous and reimbursed our meal and provided a gift card for a future visit.“
“I tried the “Mediterranean Dream” for lunch today, and was not disappointed! Very flavorful, consistent toppings, and a light & airy crust made for a memorable meal. My only take-aways here are that the toppings could have been closer to the edge of the crust (first thing I check on a new pizza!), and more “garlic” in the garlic sauce. I was let down there, in that I couldn’t taste the garlic at all.Overall, this was a winner in my book, and whenever I am back in the area I will definitely be ordering from these guys!!“
