I had an outstanding experience at a meticulously clean CAVA location. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Paul demonstrated remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether it was overseeing operations or interacting with guests, his efforts to create a welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. “First time at a mission bbq and I have to say it was amazing. My family and I walked in not really knowing what’s going on and one of the amazing team members walked over and helped us by explaining everything that was on the menu. Forgive me but for the life of me I can’t remember the young man’s name(I wanna say it was Mike) everyone on the team was very helpful and willing to explain everything going on. I’m not from the area. It I will be making the trip back up to eat at this restaurant again!”

“This is a deli and has deli atmosphere. Note that there isn’t anywhere to eat in the place and that it is takeout only. Food is great and i have never had an issue with the amount of food or the quality of food. Service is also friendly and I have a pleasant conversation with them every time I pick up food. I typically get a chicken parm sandwich with extra sauce, an order of fries, and a drink. My order is $24 which is exactly what I would spend if I got the same items anywhere else around here. My only complaint is that I wish they were open late and on the weekends because this is my favorite place for a sandwich and fries.”
