“I love this place, I used to come here growing up when we'd be in Sharon, and now I make a point to stop in whenever I'm passing through-even if its just getting carry out.The food is top notch, the staff kind and helpful, all around it's a classic place to eat, a local staple full of good eggs (pun intended).Parking: There is good street parking and a large lot at places across the street in case that is full, only added a minor walk (barely more than you'd walk to get into any other sit down restaurant).“

The bartender, I think the owner, based on her professionalism and concern. made a point of making sure we were seated in a very timely manner. “Placed a takeout order and got the 16oz ribeye steak with a baked potato. $35 out the door and the steak did not disappoint! The baked potato somehow was disappointing but the steak definitely covered for it.As you enter the dining area the restaurant has a reserved table with a single seat and setting reserved for the military members that never made it home. “I ordered the chicken salad. It was good, the portion was big. It's always a friendly, comfortable atmosphere.Parking: It's a small parking lot and they are always busy, so that's the only reason it's somewhat difficult to park. They have no way to expand it &, due to location.“

Thanks to Yelp we have found a lot of great places and tried a lot of new things. This place is newly updated and extremely busy during the morning hours. Expect a little wait but it's worth it. Rhi was our waitress and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Portions were big and service was great. “Came here for the first time with my mother and husband today. The semi enclosed patio was so nice. The food was awesome, burgers were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. It was her first day and she did amazing.!!The prices were surprisingly low for the quality of the food. There was 3 of us and we even ordered an appetizer and our bill was only $50! An insanely great value in today’s economy.The owner of this establishment greeted us on our way in, he also stopped by our table to check in on everything and then told us goodbye when we left. It was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome.Overall it was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in the past 5 or so years that I’ve lived in this area. and we will definitely be back again.!!“

“We have an excellent lunch. My daughter and I had the mini tenderloin sandwiches with fries. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. My wife had roasted chicken and hers was prepared perfectly too. I also added the lobster bisque. It had small pieces of lobster and was the best bisque that I have ever had. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I would not hesitate to come back here the next time we are in DC.“

“I don't know why we waited so long to finally try Vey's, but I can easily see it becoming a regular spot for us! I got the vegan sandwich, which, surprisingly, featured chicken strips instead of a patty, and my husband got the began chicken wrap, with vegan cheese added in. I didn't even realize that vegan cheese was on the menu until our server mentioned it! Vegan chicken and vegan cheese are two things that are incredibly hard to come by in restaurants in this area, so it was definitely a treat. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and I also really enjoyed the overall environment. “The food is excellent & always cooked fresh as you order it. & I would suggest that newcomers try either the 5 or 10 piece breast strips or the 5 piece or 10 piece wing dings & always ask them to put sauce on everything (The wings, the breast strips, fries & all); That's the locals way. & they also have pretty good fish & rib dinners too. & The burgers are great too, just go see my good friends Big Dre & his brother & they'll hook you right up.“
“Yelp to the rescue again!After a 10+ hour drive I needed to find a place open for dinner. This fit the bill perfectly. I sat at the bar had a quick gin and tonic and ordered the chicken wings with a side of fries. They came out just as I was ordering my second drink. Crispy wings, with tasty sauce. The fries looked to be home cut and were not as crisp as I would have liked, but they were good. Two drinks and dinner for a bit over $20, a great deal for this weary traveler. Thanks“
“I've been to Yankee Lake before, but not for dinner. The place was nothing to look at, and my wife said her bathroom was "gross", but the food was really good. Prices were nice on the wallet as well. I don't think this place is romantic and not a "must- go-to" but if you're in the area you could do worse!“

“The Corral is a great place to take kids in the summer for a cheap dessert. My nieces and nephews love their soft serve with sprinkles, and I always make sure to get a size baby (in a cup!). They have nearly all the ice cream they can eat, and often more, for a couple of dollars. There are limited flavors for the soft serve, but the milkshakes have more options.We once ordered fries here and let's just say anything non-ice cream is a mistake. Normally the ice cream comes out in like two minutes, depending on how busy it is etc. When we ordered food, it took almost an hour. The fries were okay but not worth the wait. Definitely stick to ice cream here.“

“We make it a point to come here whenever we come to Sharon because the wings are Epic. They make your sauce to order, so you can order one of theirs or make up your own and they can make it happen perfectly. The wings are meaty and crispy and juicy. The blue cheese is house made and amazing. The garlic fries are greasy but delicious. It's often very busy so please be patient. All the workers and servers are very friendly. We had Tammy tonight and she was very attentive and answered all our questions with kindness and patience. Despite being packed she was in good spirits and took great care of us. Worth the trip and worth the money, highly recommend. Shown in pics are the garlic fries, Cajun ranch wings, and hot garlic Parmesan ranch wings.“
