“Stopped here for dinner tonight and enjoyed it! The hot roast beef was very tasty, and so was the rice pudding! My husband and I split an order of chili cheese fries, which were okay. The atmosphere was a little lacking- the place felt old and a little run-down, and everything was served on small plastic plates, which was a little cheesy. That being said, id still go back if I was really craving a roast beef sandwich!“

“There's always a different bartender and it seems the more makeup they are wearing the more likely they are to get your order wrong. I ordered a double shot of Jack and a pint of coke and I got a double shot glass with ice and not even filled to the top and my soda had NO ice and it was half the size of a pint. That was a week ago. Two days ago, our food order got stupid screwed up! ...but as long as the bartenders look good, right? Shut up!“

The ambience is so homey and inviting and all the servers are so kind and helpful and happy. Really makes for a great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal. Speaking of which the food was outstanding! “was just here for a bridal shower and it was just lovely. from the decorations to the size of the room, from the very accommodating staff to the delicious food, everything was so perfect. note to vegetarians/pescatarians.. the perfectly crunchy cauliflower dusted with curry powder, salad and cheese board was delicious. The salmon flaked off in the perfect portion pieces , the green beans were delicious with a slight crunch, and the French onion soup bites were so savory and yummy! thank you for a great experience!“

“Decent burger, good service. The pickle though was awesome, lol. Fresh, crispy and flavorful. My only complaint is lack of wet wipes. Little messy burger (the way it should be) cooked to what I asked. Nice spot to stop when on the SRT. They did have outdoor areas, both open and covered, and allow your pets to join you. I believe I even saw menu items for your canine companion.“

“So I moved to this area from Philly a few years back, and it's been like pulling nails to find a good go-to cheesesteak place. Panicos is the closest I've found for that.Panicos isn't the highest quality you can buy up here (that'd be wagyu cheesesteak from Capriottis). And they're not even the best at making a traditional one (Italian Delight). That being said, Panicos makes a serviceable cheesesteak for a good price. $11 and it's decent. Do they mix the cheese in with the meat? Nope...they do cheese blankets. Do they toast the roll? Nope, and the sandwich will probably fall apart halfway through eating it. But the steak they use is decent, and the price they charge is perfect.Those other places I mentioned are $15-20 for similar. Panicos is a great go-to steak place and I'mma keep going there. If they started charging $15 though...I'd switch to Italian Delight.“

“I CAME for the MORELS and FIDDLEHEADS, STAYED for the SALMON..I'm a sucker for these Spring foraged treats, so this dish caught my eye while I browsed menus for a special dinner; BIG GLORY BAY SALMON fiddleheads, morel mushroom farro, gooseberries, tarvido, maple tarragon mustard It was a beautiful dish. I regret not taking a picture. Gooseberries are awesome. We were celebrating our 28th anniversary and I noted that while making the reservation. It was sweet that everyone there knew and offered good wishes. I didn't plan on reviewing, but the salmon was SO GOOD, I don't think I could eat in anywhere else ever again. Even my fish hating partner approved. He thoroughly enjoyed his well done filet with a side of the PeeWee potatoes. The generous portions left no room for dessert and I took home the remains of my dish. We're old and like an early dinner on Saturday. So this 4pm reservation was perfect for us. Yes the tables are small. It's an old stone building, but we practically had the place to our selves at this early hour.“

Being the first ones at the bar the lovely bartender greeted us and let us know that margaritas were $6, wine $5, and beer $4 and food was also on special. “A great go-to for vegans! Apparently both owners are vegan, so the menu has more vegan-friendly versions of items than the majority of restaurants. And the food is really good. I've had a vegan burger before, and love their hummus, and today I tried a vegan cheesesteak hoagie that not only was super good but also I could only eat half of it and the fries (which are also really good...and you can get vegan ranch). It can be difficult to have conversation there, but that's my only complaint (and of course takeout is available).Vegetarian options: Plenty of really good vegetarian and vegan options!“
