“During our stay at the Skytop Lodge we had two breakfasts and two dinners in the Windsor room. One breakfast was on the weekend and was a buffet, one we ordered from the menu. Both were great. The buffet was much above average. We had huevos rancheros, potatoes, sausage, smoked salmon, and fresh fruit. The morning we ordered from the menu we had the caprese omelet and the South porch breakfast. The omelet was a little over cooked, but that’s being picky. The flavors were well balanced. For dinners we had the duck duo, pork prime rib, rack of elk, and short rib pappardelle. Words cannot describe how these meals were prepared, the flavors, fats, acids, and spices were all balanced and the presentations were perfect. For appetizers we had the mussels, bison chorizo crostini, and the crab stuffed mushrooms. Again all of the flavors were outstanding. We had no dishes that we didn’t like.”

“Wasn't sure what to expect coming to Skytop Inn, but was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire staff from the moment we stepped on the grounds. Our dinner at the Lakeview restaurant continued that experience where we were treated to perfectly cooked meals (I got the homemade spaghetti and meatballs, but even something as simple as that was incredibly well done!) and even has a Mature Bald Eagle fly over the lake around sunset, an added nice surprise. From Theo (who manages the Inn) to the waitstaff it created some lasting memories, highly recommended!”

“We shared the taste of PA appetizer and the wings. The blue cheese with the wings was fresh and tasty. The taste of PA came with great beer cheese, juicy and tasty kielbasa, soft pretzels, and nicely fried pirogies. The waiter seemed new but nice and got our order correct.”

“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“This restaurant is amazing. Not only is the food beyond delicious but the service is the BEST!! I had a last minute event and needed to feed about 20 people within 3 hours. Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. Not only will you taste the love in every bite but I felt the love they have for their customers.”

“A lovely poconos getaway that is a unique and relaxing experience! We wanted to find something to get good rest and relaxation, the French Manor Inn did not disappoint! The breakfast and dinner were amazing! We did the romantic package as an add on which just added to the time away with welcome cheese charcuterie board and champagne, then chocolate covered strawberries at turn down. The suite that we got was spacious, maintained well, and had a gorgeous outside view. We also loved the sitting area with the fireplace made a cozy and relaxing area. The property is well kept and offers numerous things such as fireplace outside, games, lounge areas, indoor pool, and hiking trails. The staff were attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful with questions or any concerns. David was so welcoming, informative, and nice along with all the other staff! The staff created an atmosphere that was charming, stress-free, and comforting. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience! We look forward to returning again!”

“Only ever had wings and pizza, but both are excellent - no complaints. Atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming and the staff will literally go out of their way for you. If you're ever in the area and looking for a bite to eat, I definitely recommend stopping in!”

“They have a wide selection of food choices for almost any diet. Our server was very kind and friendly. The desserts that we tried were mostly a disappointment, they did not taste homemade and some seemed stale, but since I didn't have much room left for dessert, it wasn't a major problem for me.”

“Went in to break Passover with a Bacon Cheeseburger (hey, we all have our own traditions, right? 😀). I ordered the Renegade Burger—and got waaay more than I bargained for. This thing was HUGE...and DELICIOUS! I barely made a dent and took home enough for at least another meal. Very welcoming crowd, and I definitely would go back again (but next time I'd order a smaller burger!)”
