“Four of us ate here for the first time. What an incredible experience! We arrived early to have a drink at the bar. Bartender was accommodating to alter some of our drink requests. For our meals, we got the pork chop, spaghetti with meatballs, bronzini and shrimp pappardelle. All were presented nicely, adequate portions and tasty. Staff was very attentive. Will definitely visit here again. And, spend the night at the Skytop lodge; it’s over the top!”

“Les is a wizard with a cocktail shaker. This is a wonderful way to wind down the evening. Amazing atmosphere. They're one of a kind drinks are top notch and I have never been disappointed. The sign of an amazing bartender is when you have no idea what you want but they make you exactly what you never knew you craved.”

“We had such an incredible dinner experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and truly a standout for everyone at the table. The whipped potatoes were phenomenal—so smooth and rich, I could’ve eaten them on their own!

I also enjoyed a perfectly made Cosmo that paired so well with the meal. But my absolute favorite was the mushrooms stuffed with crab—hands down amazing and packed with flavor. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the lobster bisque, which he said was just as incredible.

“We are here twice during our visit to Skytop.
My kids loved the cheeseburger, they got it twice! They also tried the kids Mac and cheese (white cheddar) and they discovered that the flavor wasn’t for them - just sharing for other parents of minorly picky eaters!

The first time I got the steak tip salad - the flavors together were delicious, the steak was a little tough and stringy at times, but the rest good.

The second time I got the gf burger - that was delightful (the kids were right about the burger being good).

I got one drink the second time (cucumber) and the flavors just weren’t there for me, felt a little watered down - something was just off about it.

This place is great for families with kids to enjoy an on site meal at Skytop without having to feel like you have to dress up just to eat. PS - Our server John was wonderful.”

“This restaurant is amazing. Not only is the food beyond delicious but the service is the BEST!! I had a last minute event and needed to feed about 20 people within 3 hours. Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. Not only will you taste the love in every bite but I felt the love they have for their customers.”

“If you’re looking for phenomenal food in the Pocono’s, Tom’s Country Kitchen is it! I only started getting food from here as of recently. “Roadside catered our wedding at The Venue at Carley Brook and the food and service was outstanding! Our guests raved about the cocktail hour appetizers and the dinner. The service during the cocktail hour was especially great as there were always options being passed out by staff. Coordination was a breeze and the prices were reasonable. We will be stopping by the restaurant for some more food this summer!”

“First Place Cafe is an absolute gem!! The owners are super attentive with everything. The food was great and they have gluten free bread for those with gluten issues. We came here both mornings on our weekend getaway.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon at The French Manor. The food served for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The view from the top of the hill is really scenic. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in the Venice room. It was nicely decorated, but the bathroom would benefit from some updates with the plumbing (water can be forceful at times since it is well water). I would recommend staying in the spa suites as they looked more modern. The spa was very relaxing, and all guests have free access to the sauna and saltwater pool.”

“The staff here are so lovely, and the pierogies were fantastic! We tried the wild mushroom and the potato cheddar, and couldn't decide which we liked more since both had such wonderful flavor. They even gave some slices of kielbasa as a little treat to our whiny pup. We'd happily come back here and definitely recommend it if you're in the area!”

“My husband and I brought a ton of our friends here the morning after our wedding nearby and had a great breakfast! The food was exactly what we needed, so good, the staff was so friendly and accommodating of our bigger party, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. They put our leftover wedding cake in the fridge and brought it out for us after we finished our scrapple. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality!”

“Wow! I can’t say enough about how good breakfast just was! We started with fresh really hot coffee. My friend had the creamed chipped beef which he said was delicious. I had eggs which were cooked just right, yummy hot home fries and crispy bacon. The toast was even toasted to perfection and the bacon just the way I like it, crispy! Looking forward to eating there again. Our server was excellent. What more could you ask for? ❤️”

“Good pho with lots of thinly sliced beef. I like that they removed the roots from bean sprouts. My order of pho with thin slice beef and tendon came with only one tendon so one star is removed. I would like more tendons in my pho. The passion fruit tea did not have any jelly in it, maybe that’s how it is served but would have been better with it.”
