“My husband and I just had dinner there tonight. We enjoyed our food and definitely will be back. He had the smash burger with onion rings and he said it was very good. I had the smoke pulled pork and chicken plate and it was very good, especially with the Korean pepper BBQ sauce. We also brought home dinner for our son and he liked it too. Our only complaint is that there wasn't many onion rings or fries with the burgers, however the cost was definitely reasonable - we got an appetizer, iced tea, one beer, three meals, and added a 25% tip for $61, so that's really good.“

“I recently dined at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The server, Julie, was wonderful. Attentive and informative, while being unobtrusive. The ribs and baked beans were quite good. The baked beans had huge tender pieces of pork in them. I kind of wish I had ordered a plate of those! The little things, like refilling water and providing extra napkins and wipes, were attended to without interrupting the table. We had great service. Sometimes, even with a good meal, the service can make it a not-so-good experience. Prices have gone up since the last time I was here, but I left feeling as though I got my money’s worth. This was just a nice meal out.“

“First time going here, was not expecting all the military memorabilia. They love supporting their veterans here, almost as much as their love of BBQ. The brisket and pork meat sampler were great and the fries were perfect. Best part though was the peach cobbler!! Highly recommend the cobbler. “We’ve had the ribs, chicken, cole slaw, Caribbean beans, and flan. All of the food was absolutely delicious. If I had one critique, I’d say the whole chicken we ordered was small for the price. However, I also understand this is a small business and they need to make a profit. They don’t have the volume to have the lower prices of bigger establishments. I look forward to trying more items and welcome the variety to Manchester!“

“Indoor and outdoor seating. Very cozy place. I've never had a long wait. They have covered outdoor seating that even has heaters if you get cold. Service has always been wonderful. The mahi sandwich is fabulous. Great mac and cheese. Large portions of food. One of our favorite places to eat in York.“

“Steak is always excellent here . 2023 April Update we went there a party of five the place was full. I bought my usual a sirloin steak mushrooms and the rest anyway all of our food was barley warm. I said something to the waitress that ask if I wanted it heated up I declined it was already dry and tough this is the second time in a row food was way under my standard the time before was in 2022. I used to look foward to going there . Today I made roast beef and it was so tender it melted in my mouth and the beef came from Walmart and it blew your steak out of the water 10x better and not dry tough or cold.Shame on you for charging premium money for 2nd rate food.I wanted to say something to the manager but my girlfreing did,t want me too. Even if we did get gift cards guess what someone still worked hard to pay for that gift card and I am asking for gift cards from somewhere else from now on. The word is out you don't care. Signed honest customer unbiased reveiw. Update this place always has new employees. But we just went there on 4/26/24 and everyhing was good. The steak fries were getting cold though. “This is our absolute favorite place to eat. It is also one of the only places we actually get appetizers as well! The staff is always friendly and flexible, the seating and ambiance is great, and the food is always excellent. I quite literally have nothing bad to say about it. Our favorites are absolutely the New York strip steak, the steakhouse Mac & cheese, and the chicken bites appetizer.“

“We ordered a staff lunch at our business and we are very pleased with the quality and quantity of the meal. It was excellent. Pulled pork, barbecue ribs, fish and chicken wings topped off with savory baked beans and refreshing coleslaw. All very fresh, garnished perfectly and cooked to perfection. It was a great treat and appreciated all around.“

“I've eaten there several times. Always better then average. The fried chicken is my choice. Never a souring taste to any of their salads. The prices are reasonable when you think about how everything is going these days. Allison and the rest of her crew are always friendly and inviting. I only wish the days open where expanded. “For being under fairly new ownership you'd think they would invest a little into the business. The food is good and the service is good but the atmosphere could use some improvement. It's downright boring and that's a shame because there's a lot of potential.“
