“Patti's Pasticceria is a family-owned Italian-American bakery. Its menu includes breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes, rolls, specialty cakes (e.g., wedding, anniversary, birthday, and graduation), and even non-baked goods such as soups and espresso drinks. Prices are reasonable. For Easter, my family purchased a chocolate cake, a white cake, a strawberry pie, and lady-lock cookies from Patti's. My family members and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we prefer the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. I would feel happy to try many of Patti's other desserts, including her cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, apple strudels, cold-dough apricot cookies, s'mores cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, sfogliatelle, etcetera. Please note that some desserts must be ordered in advance, and catering is available.“

“Great long time employees that work hard. Alot of new employees that come nand go quickly. Prices are average and they sell gas ice,alcohol , a madr to order grill with good pricing for portion size and u can refill ur propane tanks get gas doomed milk tea coffee or energy drinks and a snack. They also sell gift cards of you need a quick gift.“

“My mom & I love to visit different coffee shops and this one was definitely one we will come back to! The atmosphere is cozy from the moment you walk in with different homemade local arts/goodies to browse. There are lots of different options to choose from as far as coffee/tea flavors go. I ended up getting the Baristas Choice of “Caramel Brownie Latte” and my mom got the Seasonal “Luck Charms”. Both were so yummy!! Would recommend and will be back again ?“

“I like to find different coffee shops to work at. Everyone here was great! They knew the names of regulars and honestly just were so friendly to everyone. It felt very community oriented. “7/10! Ive been here 2 different times and each time the customer service was so so. They did not seem interested in helping you/giving suggestions and just weren’t as friendly as I would expect a local coffee shop to be? I think they are in the process of remodeling so the inside of the shop is mostly blocked off from use except for 2 tables. The first time I was there they had the old bank vault open with the lights on (really cool), but the second time I was there it was all shut off (pretty bummed as I was trying to show someone new the coffee shop).I’ve had a couple different lattes and all were pretty good. Nothing extraordinary. Their sausage egg and cheese breakfast rolls are AMAZING and I would come back just to eat these every day lol“

“What a charming little shop! So much character in the space - a collected, homey feeling, with interesting fixtures, warm colors, and lots of sunlight. I ordered an americano and raspberry turnover and both were delightful! I love that they were served in real dishes instead of paper or plastic. The service was prompt and attentive! The seating is quaint but a little uncomfortable. Will definitely return next time I'm in the neighborhood.“

“This is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop, I think....ever. Their coffee is such high quality, delicious, & made with so much love. Also, their cold foam never dissolves, so you can enjoy it for hours (unlike most other locations - but drop the names if true). I'm obsessed with their chocolate almond iced coffee, but they also have so many other unique & delicious drinks. It is very clear that the barristers there are passionate and knowledgable about the ingredients they use/drinks & food they make. They also have cashew, sesame, & almond milk. I have even had people stop me & say "where is that coffee from?? it looks fire." IT IS. I also got this cute little art piece from there too!“

“I had two lovely visits at Friendship Perk & Brew this weekend. It's clean as a bean with plenty of caffeine! I had iced lattes both visits and also had two different sandwiches, one on a toasted croissant with bacon, egg and cheddar cheese and another also really good one with English muffin spread with avocado, feta cheese, spring mix and buttery fried egg. There is space to social distance. Highly recommend!“

“The best place I’ve ever gone for coffee.Reminds me of an old record store I use to go to back where I’m from. Very relaxing and inviting. The lady who was working was very friendly and was nice to talk with while I was waiting. She also made the best coffee I think I’ve ever had. Think what the standout part of the experience was that when normally I’d be on my way after getting my order, instead kinda lost track of time and continued talking with the lady for a while. I almost ordered another coffee before I realized I had to head out. Can’t wait to back when I’m in town again.“

“Not for me, but the kids loved it! Made the oldest's birthday special by getting to "make her own" bubble tea.Kid-friendliness: They had plenty of little trinkets, and were very patient as one of the kids ordered their own drink.“

“We come regularly to paint pottery. The staff is always very kind and accommodating. The coffee and muffins are always good, but we do miss the breakfast sandwiches they used to serve! I recommend making a reservation online if you would like to paint pottery.“

“I have been coming here since they opened about 8 years ago. It instantly became my favorite place. It’s a Lawrenceville staple now. When people ask me what my favorite restaurant is I say “well it’s actually a brunch place, but Geppetto Cafe! Trust me!” Great atmosphere, food, and people. There are few places I’m a regular, and this is one of them. Their iced black coffee is my all-time favorite too. We just had our engagement party here, and they were so flexible and accommodating. You hear a lot of banter about supposedly eco-friendly products. Ask them about it - this is actually eco-friendly in a way that is beneficial to the forests, wildlife, and humans alike. “It was a rainy day. But, hey, what a cool and unique place Biddle's is! It was easy parking, but I'm thinking if it was a brilliant day, parking would be tight. PS. All tables were full. But, we got one, and spent 2 hours talking. A latte lasted a long time, 2 hours, which might say a bunch about the coffee. It wasn't memorable. The water was good. The food looked good, but I wasn't feeling hungry.An eclectic and semi-Bohemian atmosphere...very cool outdoor tent with a cozy seating setup. “My first visit to Pigeon Café in Pittsburgh was filled with pleasant surprises. Despite the initial wait due to the café's cozy policy of allowing only five patrons in at a time, the experience inside was worth the brief ten-minute line. But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! “Wonderful place to see and interact with the cats & kittens. $7 per person for a 1/2 hour. They time you. We were going to have lunch there 1st, however, they are not set up to serve food. You must wear a mask, which it did not say on the webpage, so we had to buy masks across the street. The cats and kittens are very happy and lots of toys to play with them. You can’t pick up the cats. Very sweet place & glad they have this.“

But at least it's always ready for me way before the "ready by" time!Parking: Only 8 of the 12 space parking lot is meant for Starbucks customers - beware. You'll likely even get a "move, or we'll tow" sticker if you park there and go across the street (I was just getting a donut from Dunkin). Never made that mistake again. Parking on street only free on Sundays.“

“Paid a brief visit. Great study space, solid espresso. Paid 27$ for a 12oz bag of Kenyan coffee. While at this price it is not quiet competing with, say, Sey, I would still prefer to see price breakdown on the bag and, well, an airtight seal. SO coffees seem to lean towards medium-light, the bag I got with "cherry coke" as the first promised taste note indeed had caramel first and acidity second in my brews.“

“I think Google has the wrong photo for this restaurant. It was a smaller building with a wraparound drive-thru. My breakfast sandwich and latte were delicious and fresh despite the long line of cars ahead of me. I assume the wait was because they make everything to order and because it's popular. Edit: I ordered the unicorn frapp and that was the only drink I ever disliked by starbucks. The caramel macchiotos and mocha frapps ive gotten from here are A+!“

“Its a nice cafe don’t get me wrong, but nothing really stood out for me. The space is large and bright but somewhat boring. The are a bunch of wooden benches and chairs both indoors and outdoors where you can enjoy the sun. There is free wifi so you can work from there. It was pretty busy on a Tuesday afternoon but the service was quick. Both the baristas were really sweet and welcoming. I ordered the matcha latte and it was pretty good. The barista whisked the matcha in front of me and I asked it to sweetened with honey and they happily agreed. I only wish, they had proper mugs for people having drinks in the cafe instead of serving everyone in disposable mugs.“

“It's hard to describe how great Gryphon's Tea is. The time and passion that goes into selection is evident in every product. A wide selection of traditional teas, some hard to find products in the States, and unique blends make Gryphon's a stand out experience. Combine that with the warm and welcoming staff, it's a hard to beat store.“

“FIRST OFF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIXTAPE!! When Mixtape closed, it hurt. There really wasn't a place that was chill with all types of Dope people. It was a place to bring friends or just a date night. The music was good late 80's and 90's Hip-Hop. They understood what, by definition, is a Mixtape. Google it and see of Indi-pop pops up... Nope! I've hoped that someone would buy it and bring that vibe back. It was successful. I was excited to see that new owners had announced soft openings last month. There were soft openings that advertised Indie Pop and David Bowie? Not to knock either, but at Mixtape? The new owners found old plans that made Mixtape a dance lounge, so now you can dance there? The reason the original owners didn't go with those plans because it was better as a lounge. They had it right. The new owners, NOT AT ALL! The old Mixtape seems to be gone and like most things in that area, there is a new common theme. Out with the Hip Hop and in with the Indie Pop. Thanks for taking the soul out of Garfield...“

“This is a great spot for brunch! There's a nice patio outside where you can sit in addition to the indoor area. The portions are pretty big and prices are reasonable. I didn't realize how big the portions would be so I got both a savory and sweet crepe. I ended up needing to pack the sweet one to go since I could barely finish my savory crepe. I got the salmon crepe and it was nicely balanced out by the sweet tangerines in the salad. It also comes topped with creme fraische. My bf got the ham and cheese crepe and I think that's probably my favorite so far. It's packed with cheese and very flavorful. This place has so many different varieties of crepes so I'd love to be back to try more.“

“Pink Box is always run by the sweetest staff! I used to get deliveries from them after my sister and I discovered them online, but now it's an extra treat to go in and browse for myself. The staff (including the owner, who seems to be around pretty often!) are all very sweet and knowledgeable about the goods they sell. Visiting their place is a nice boost of serotonin, and I can fill up on their red bean mochi buns and boba tea! I think their tapioca pearls are my favorite out of all the local places I've been to. “

I had the large Caesar, which was just right on every count, big shavings of cheese, a few croutons, and a dressing that may have been house-made. My wife greatly enjoyed her very authentic afternoon tea service, which was just the right mix of pastry, scone, and things to put on them. All of this goodness and great service (and a ice tea) was a very modest $35. Plus, we got to watch the gift shop cat walk around outside from the window (OK, it's a first class garden too). “This is for the La Prima store at Smallman street near the convention center. They have great coffee choices. Service is quick. There are also some pre made breakfast items in a cooler. You bring them to the counter and they will heat them up for you. It's an excellent and inexpensive espresso bar and breakfast counter. Highly recommneded.“

“This place will catch you by surprise. I stopped in just to look at the menu and the guy said "ignore the menu, tell me whatever you want and I promise you will love it" he did just that and I was blown away. He gave my kids free cookies and we were happy because of the unexpected experience.“
