“this is my favorite place to stop on weekends in the summer. as someone who works at the camp right next to it the people are always so nice to us because there is a bunch of college age kids the swarm them every weekend and they handle it so well.“
“The only worker in the store this morning was the manager, he was slammed. He did his very best to get customers out the door. Unfortunately, many had left to catch the bus for work. I stood in line for 20 minutes for a coffee. Not the normal for this Dunkin, usually your in a out in a jiffy. I'm sure they'll be on track tomorrow.“
“In town at the woodlands resort. Decided to go for a walk to dunkin. Took a minute to get our order in because the hotel was new. She kept apologizing but was very kind. We did overhear that mgt had left them for the day... at 10am. Drive thru was busy we got our order sat down and then a group of 10 or more boys came in off a tour bus. The girl tells them please be patient at have 3 new associates training today. Those girls were great. I'm no time they got those boys thru the line as well as getting the line of cars thru the drive thru. I'm in the customer service industry and just want to give props to folks who do it right. Great job Wilkes Barre dunkin.“
