The food was good but if you're going to close the drive thru, put up a sign. Make sure it's visible to people before they get to the orange cones at speaker. And when I say visible, I mean more than a small sign that is placed back in near the speaker that is blocked off by cones. Also, maybe you should give instructions that you need to do the opposite of what it says online. You don't pick it up at the drive thru, you have to go inside to get it. Typical Panera food, but this place is so dirty. The girl "cleaning" tables is chatting with someone for 5 minutes while all the unoccupied tables are dirty and when she cleaned some booths she never wiped the seats which were covered in food.I was also charged for a beverage I didn't ask for but it was easier just to take it.

I ordered lunch for my whole office, totaling about 13 items. I was worried that because of how much that was ordered, something would be messed up or missing as that tends to happen when I order for the office, but I was pleasantly surprised when everything done correctly and nothing was missing on top of being done on time aswell.
