Mezzogiorno

It's been a while since I've been there. I went during their listed hours last Saturday and they weren't open. I'll try again soon. I hope everything is alright.

We went for breakfast and enjoyed our food and coffee breakfast pizza was great I loved the hollandaise drizzle my wife's omelet was a good portion and her grits were cooked perfect I liked them and I don't like grits. Food was good but I expected it to be slightly higher end from an Italian restaurant. Despite being short handed us and the other customers were well taken care of. We found this place during our first trip to York one year ago. We were tired of chained restaurants and decided to give local food a try. Googled and found this restaurant but had a hard time finding it. It is actually in a market, like Reading Terminal in Philadelphia. We went on Sunday. The market was closed but this restaurant was open. The place was spacious and unreal, like a spot forgotten by time and cemented in history.
