We have to watch our orders because they make a lot of mistakes. It takes a very long time to get our order and have everything we ordered without errors. The bathroom is extremely unsanitary.
I normally love Tim's but this one is by far the worst in Chateauguay. They are always missing items (either food or drinks. often both) they are always super under staffed so wait times are long. While the workers are super nice clearly management needs to fix something.

Placed an order on uber this morning,And was completely disappointed with the order.I have previously worked in a tim hortons and i could honestly say this was absolutely unacceptable.The ice coffes were so watery and we payed for extra add ons.The breakfast wraps were thrown together.I basically had to redo the order for them.
