I ordered something a few days ago and got told the item has been sold out once I got to the store. That’s fine. I asked for a refund, they messed up the amount the first time, but that got fixed. I was gonna leave with the receipt, but turns out it was just for them to keep. The barista was kind & professional, as always.However, today I realized that the refunded amount never appeared on the Starbucks card nor my credit card linked to my APP. It’s a great Starbucks location. The people are always nice and make drinks up to Starbucks standards.The food is always warm and they rarely have out of stock items.The place is often packed and has a wait but overall, nothing bad to say here.
