I went there to order a shaken espresso with brown sugar, and there was this barista who made it for me the way I wanted it without cinnamon powder and light ice, she was nice and smiling, and spoke to me spontaneously, I asked for her name it was Ines. She's just gorgeous!
Close to Crémazie metro: very practical. Most of the employees seem new so the service is messy at times. I find the prices of the products to be expensive compared to other coffee places. The drive-through service is poorly designed: after 2 cars, you find yourself in the street blocking the way.

My favourite starbucks in town, they really upgraded their service and I absolutely love the staff they are so nice and friendly. My drinks are always made correctly as well and they are always accommodating when there is a mistake in my order!!!
