“Lovely place! Not sure if he was a waiter or a manager/owner but he seemed to hustle! But they lost our order. So the food took forever to get to us but he came to explain the wait- gave us a discount on our food and came with the debit machine as we were on a time crunch. Food was good though! Had pancake tacos and an egg and bacon grilled cheese.“

“We are regulars here. One of the first good restaurants I discovered after I moved from Montreal to Laval. Menu is the most complete I can possibly find; food is unbelievably good, no matter you like fluffy pancakes or egg bene or baked potatoes with spicy sauce. Services are the best I can get as well. The pricing is very fair and quality of food very good. The place is clean and has a very happy energy. Thank you to all the team there.Dietary restrictions: I have severe allergies to strawberries and pineapple and kiwis and they make sure to offer alternatives. Most fruit bowls or toppings include at least 2 of these fruits so the alternative was welcomed.Kid-friendliness: I personally was with my adult daughter but every family that came in was greeted so friendly by the owner and the children were handed crayons and paper. That is definitely a welcoming experience. Everyone had a smile on their faces.“

“It’s a cute cozy place with nice food. Bagels are unique and a favourite of ours. The place fills up quickly and is more suited for small groups but that’s fine.My criticism is the service is sometimes not that friendly. Maybe it’s regional and this is how it is in this area, I don’t know. But that’s my only criticism.“
“Amy's was one of my favorite spots. But the way the hostess and manager spoke to us soo rudely after we gave an opinion about their new policy about how they couldn't seat us because 1 person was 2 mins away. Come on. Im standing their with my baby and stroller while the hostess is passing people infront of us. It takes 2 sec to seat us so that we would be no longer in the way. 2 seconds. No instead people were knocking into my baby stroller. Then to find out that they posted a paper this morning saying to abusive language or behavior would be tolerated. wow. Nobody was abusive . We were the ones treated poorly.“
