“Such a cute little quaint cafe. I was reading the review and they were saying the lattes and mocaccinos are smooth to drink. The oat milk latte did not disappoint. I did not expect the drink to be so smooth and rich. You get the rich flavor of the coffee but it's so smooth so you don't taste the bitterness. I also had a lavender latte once before, that was amazing. Not everyone likes lavender flavor so maybe opting for a regular latte first is better. Definitely going to be a regular stop when in the West Island. My sister also had a bubble tea and said it was really good. Very enjoyable and the staff is quite friendly. You can tell it's family owned. We always love to support small businesses.Vegetarian options: You can opt for non-dairy products for the coffees.“

“The only downside of this Starbucks is the design of the seating. There is no cosiness to it. It would be nice if they made more effort to make it cozy. Quieter neutral music. Food and service were good but expensive. $25.45 for two Grande green tea latte's with oat milk and banana bread. ?“

“The coffee at this Tims is always fresh, and in my opinion extremely great tasting hot coffee and nice staff. I wish it was open 24/7, as i like getting coffee here out of all other coffee places. My fave Tims. Its usually open 4:30 am until 10pm. Nice staff! Reliable service, always friendly and efficient.“

“The service was amazing! Starbucks has this thing where they give you free drinks for your birthday, as long as you have an account with them and have made a purchase before. There is a worker -I don’t want to get them in trouble so I won’t mention their name- who gave me a free drink for my birthday. I didn’t know that you were supposed to have an account with Starbucks to have that reward, but they still gave me the free drink and told me that now I would know that next year I need to have an account. Now enough about the experience, let me now talk about the product and location. I’ve been to many Starbucks, some of them more dirty than the others, but this location was super clean. No dirty counters, no messy tables, and no garbage everywhere. The one thing I would mention though is that my drink was half ice. There was a decent amount of my drink in the cup, but there was a lot of ice, and when I let the ice melt when I finished my drink the cup was filled halfway with water (but to be fair I didn’t pay for the drink). Overall I would give this location 5/5 stars.“

“Favorite location. They always have what I want in stock so you can tell it's managed well unlike the one on sources and hymus. The service on the weekday evenings is top notch with Sami, Mikayla and Phil (I got their names to do this review) so I usually skip other locations to go here since they're so friendly.“
