Tried some pastries that was really good. Only complaint is that there's no place to eat on-site (although maybe they have outdoor seating in the summer)“

“This is my family's favourite quick meal in our neighbourhood. When a storm changed our holiday travel plans last December, we even opted for Boustan as our family's Christmas dinner! That's why it was a no-brainer to me that when we needed someone to cater our women's conference at Église Baptiste Évangélique Emmanuel, Boustan be our first choice. We had over 160 women attend, and their unanimous feedback on our Google Form was that the food was 5/5. We've already booked them for our next event in June. Served with crispy onions and a quinoa and corn base and squash and cilantro sauce left nothing to be desired *with my bf’s green vegetables. Pricey but well worth it! “Do you know the benefits of gardening? It’s an activity that unites my parent and I, and on this cloudy Sunday we toured two nurseries in Laval to get our hands on some spring flowers. (Yes, this is a review of Kinton Ramen, but I'd like to talk about flowers and dirt first.) A New York Times article, citing recent and older studies, described the benefits of taking a clod of dirt in his hands due to the presence of beneficial bacteria found there. My dining companion forced the bill (unintentionally) by soaking even her sweater in potting soil while handling a few pots, making her less presentable for a big outing to the restaurant. A chain ramen restaurant — she loves ramen — where she could sit quietly without attracting attention seemed like an appropriate choice for the circumstances. So, we went to Kinton Ramen at Carrefour Laval with our car filled with a precious haul of magnificent perennials.Founded in 2012 in Toronto, the chain reaches fans of the famous Japanese noodles by offering them the opportunity to combine pork, beef, chicken or vegetables with their broth of their choice (original, miso, shoyu and spicy) in a seemingly warm setting. and harmonious. The wall is made up of squares of wood glued to the wall forming a large chessboard in relief. One of the waiters with long, tousled hair seemed to want to break a speed record with a speech rate of 5 words per second, giving me the impression that he perhaps perceived the world as a universe unfolding in slow motion.Overall, it was a nice, if uneventful, little ramen stop. For my tablemate, it brought back memories of road trips, stopping at similar fast food places. “First experience for us at the Jasmine Al Sham restaurant on Boul Pierrefonds. We called because we had a few questions. The first contact on the phone is professional, cordial and in French. We opted for the chicken skewers plate and the Shish Taouk plate. We wanted the sauces on the side, no problem. We wanted to pre-order our pickup, no problem.
