“This place doesn't boast a very big dining room but makes up for it with their tastey food and friendly staff.During my visit, I had the Quesadilla de Pollo with a side of Cajun fries and 2 pints of beer. My supper coat me about $75 plus tip.The Quesadilla was pretty meaty. Plenty of chicken and it tasted great. The Cajun fries were pretty good, too. Ask for a side of sour creme for dipping.A couple friends ordered the pork ribs and brisket combo and the beef ribs plates. Everything was delicious and plentiful. All of our plates were left with scraps as we had to get to a show.The service was quick and friendly. The dining room can open up to a terrace ut it was raining that evening. Try to avoid the bathrooms at all cost. They were very dirty.In all, it was a good meal in and a nice dining experience. A bit pricey but worth another visit.“

“Had a great experience here. We were able to get a same day reservation which was lovely. The experience itself was wonderful I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff were very helpful with explaining the menu and they didn’t charge us for the s’mores which was so kind of them. We will be coming back for sure! If you’re in the city and you’re looking for a great restaurant for dinner, trust me this is the place!“

“Very good, and affordable! We had a starter of taramosalata, and tzatziki (2 for $10) and also 2 starters of shrimp au gratin (2 for $10) and a plate of souvlaki.From Sunday to Thursday plates are 2 for $34! And that’s bring your own wine!“

“Heard about Lattuca BBQ for years from my nephew but never made it in until last night. Food was great. Particularly enjoyed the brisket, tasty and juicy, and the pork ribs, tender but with just the right amount of bite. Considering the state of restaurant dining today, I found the quality/portion size/price ratio very reasonable. I’d recommend this place!“

“The first time I came I spent my birthday here! Overall it was amazing, we had a reservation but still had to wait a bit too long.The service is great!Since I first wrote the review we've been there at least 10 more times and we don't wait for a table anymore, maybe it was just very busy day that one time.Now this is by far our favorite restaurant in Montreal and we'll continue to go often.“

“Petros Taverna Montreal has a great selection of fresh food on the menu and I am impressed with the quality of every dish that I have savored. The tzatziki is exceptional in quality and tastes great because it is perfectly seasoned without any exaggerated garlic flavor. The pikilia platter is phenomenal and the chicken souvlaki is very tasty, too. A delicious meal is one that includes a delicious dessert and the baklava is delightful. “We had planned an evening at Bar-B-Barn to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but it closed early. My wife was set on ribs, so I searched online and found Bofinger. Man, did we get lucky! The owner made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in; Bofinger has a warm, friendly, homey, neighbourhood vibe. There were eight of us, and everyone raved about the delicious food and attentive service. We were all first-timers at Bofinger and, without exception, agreed that we would return to this lovely establishment at the drop of a hat! As we were leaving, the owner asked my permission to kiss the birthday girl’s hand, and of course, permission was gladly granted!“

“We got the mini bowl each and it was A LOT, I don't know how people can eat the full size bowl. I got the BBQ chicken, guacamole, beans, corn and cucumber with rice. My partner got the garlic chicken, guacamole, tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Both bowls were super tasty and good price / value. This is a bit like fast food so service was solid and seating was basic but if you are looking for tasty, healthy, customizable food for good price I recommend Poulet Rouge on Ste Catherine.“

“Hole in the wall place, almost literally. They only take cash or e-transfer (not sure what that is honestly). There are two menus, one for meat and one for meals with rice. I opted for a two meat combo with crispy pork and crispy duck (which added $2 to my bill, alongside rice and a few pieces of marinated cabbage. The restaurant itself is so small that there aren't any tables or chairs so I got it to go, went back to my hotel, and enjoyed a delicious meal. After a roughly 20 minute ride back to my hotel, the skin on the meat was still crispy and everything was still warm. The meat was moist and flavorful with the perfect amount of both sweet and savory with quite the pronounced hint of Chinese five-spice. The meal is incredibly simple but done very well. The restaurant is a bit of a shock upon first glance but the staff are incredibly kind.“

“We popped into Restaurant Jano after we spied the board out front advertising chicken quarters. We were happy to see many other delicious entrees on the menu. I ordered what turned out to be perhaps the most delicious lamb chops I've had in my life (one of my favorites whenever I have the choice). The host was welcoming and made us feel relaxed right away. The bill was surprisingly small for such good food. I could not feel any better about this place. 6 out of 5 stars.“

“Amazing service and amazing food! Comes with so many sides and most are unlimited and in decent portions. They give you a good amount of kimchi as well as 5 other complimentary side dishes. Loved the place it was a low key and subtle barbecue place where you can enjoy a good meal with your family and friends. The staff is always friendly the meat was fresh and they were delicious. I would highly recommend visiting just come early to avoid crowds as it get really busy afterwards, but over all a great experience!“

The grilled squid and grilled chicken were delicious and the alcohol and privately imported wines were not too expensive.Last time I had a steak... I didn't like it as much, it wasn't seasoned at all and a little dry... “I saw another google review praising the stout braised beef, and had to try it. If I wasn't in a public setting, I would have licked the dish clean; the beef was tender, the brown sauce was delicious, and the mash and veg were cooked well! I ordered an old fashioned to accompany my dinner, which tend to be hit or miss depending on the establishment. These folks hit the mark. Wonderful dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, the staff are a pleasure to deal with, and I would encourage everyone considering a visit to take the plunge. “I was in town from the United States for a hockey game and stopped in at this location to find the most lovely bartender tending bar. Leah was my bartender and what a perfect person for the job. She boasts an incredibly bubbly and friendly personality; both talkative and quick witted. Her joy in being given carte blanche at making my cocktails and being able to turn me onto the Caesar cocktail showed her true love for her craft. It would behoove one to visit this bar whilst venturing around Montreal, I assure you won’t be disappointed. Leah, thank you again for your hospitality.“

On ne peux pas réserver ou appeler pour placer une commande mais l'attente est pas si longue et ça vaut la peine. Combo poulet et côtes levées est un super choix.
