Absolutely incompetent staff, never able to fulfill orders properly, rude to customers.45 minutes wait…Manager, who is completely clueless kept saying 10 minutes away.Orders were always missing items.Learned our lesson not gonna come back to this poorly run location.

This bad rating isn't specifically for this restaurant, but for KFC Canada. Don't waste your time trying to order online or on the app. Had this same issue many times! Wasn't able to place the order online. I can't believe a big restaurant chain like KFC made a non-functional website!
