The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the tea itself was perfectly brewed. What really set Yi Fang apart, however, was their attention to detail in crafting each drink. The balance of flavours was spot on, and the texture of the bubbles was just right. To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to recommend drinks based on my preferences and even offered to customize my order. It's well worth finding if you want to have a nice evening with some awesome food, friendly staff, good drinks, and live music. The space is small and uninviting, it feels like a convenience store, warehouse and canteen all at once. And my instincts proved me right again: it was delicious!I had the spicy chef's special banh mi (a completely decomposed banh mi served in a presentation reminiscent of poutine), really good; and a pork Guabao, delicious. “Bingsus are my favorite there! They have different options of dessert that usual spots don't have. Bubble tea from presotea is also available there if you want boba. Plenty of space inside, looks way smaller from the outside compared to their actual space. Service is also pretty fast, nothing to complain about. Ambiance has a very nice cozy feel to it. Everything looked clean. Would definitely recommend as a go to spot when you want a snack or a good dessert! They have some meal options but I never tried it.“

“I saw this place as we were walking around the city and based on their price at the entrance advertising for one of their Bobba drinks for just over 5 CAD I decided to have one. I was introduced to this drink in 2010 in Hong Kong and ever since I wish there were more placed around serving this drink.The staff was very nice and friendly and I guess the 5 stars is due to their lovely attitude, but exiting the shop I realised that I paid double for a large drink it took me 2 days to finish due to not being a big drinker while my drink needed more sugar.Next time to find myself in such a shop I will question everything.“
“$10 after taxes for a large Earlette bubble tea here… The flavour of the drink was good and the pearls were nice, but the huge price tag almost makes it not worth it. Not to mention that about a quarter of my drink was just ice. At least it had quality ingredients but if you want better options, go for places like Yifang or OCHA.“
“First time at the palm court for the tea experience and it did not disappoint. We did have some changes to the food due to allergies and the chef accommodated us and blew it out of the park. Everything was so fresh , so tasty. The tea was exquisite and steeped to perfection, from the sandwiches to the scones to the pastries , the flavors were exceptional. The staff was so on point, knew what they were talking about and delightful from the second you sat down to the moment you left. 10/10 would recommend.“
“My mother ordered several dishes to celebrate my birthday. A pad thai, fried rice, a general tao, spring roll, egg rolls, chicken so guy, chicken with cherry sauce, salt and pepper fried squid. These are the best fried squid I have ever eaten in my life, tender, not rubbery at all. Everything was delicious and delivery very fast. We were even given Singapore noodles as a bonus. I highly recommend it.“
