Le Brûloir - Café et Buvette is a superb, cozy coffee shop with a warm, friendly, open, and kind inside vibe. The service is always rapid and great. There is a great option for each person, with a good selection of food and fresh, local, and delicious new food offerings. The matcha is delicious, and the coffee tastes great; the espresso is a preference with a good balance, and the sandwiches are great too. The café roasts coffee beans by themselves. The ambiance is cozy, quiet, but still feels alive. For those looking to work, there is a “no laptop” policy on all tables except the big one in the center, and no outlets to charge a computer. The new changes are outstanding, stylish, and comfortable, keeping the same authenticity. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a warm drink.
