While many restaurants and establishments were closed during the holiday season, Mount Everest masala was open for business. I showed up and ordered on the spot. They took a little while preparing the food, which is good, because I like the idea that my food is prepared fresh. Certain individuals were eating in. This is my favorite place for comfort food. Service is always great, the folks are friendly, and the quality of the flavors are always on point. this is one of my “safe food” locations, ND folks know what I mean. My favorite thing to get is the butter chicken with medium spice, and my spouse usually gets palak paneer and garlic naan. We’re always pleased with what we order.
