To Brandon and his incredible team what a wonderful dining experience we had at Salle Climatisee! From the exceptional hospitality, to the expert wine pairings and certainly the world class food experience. The poached leeks were like a surreal sushi roll, the boiled cabbage with its magical seasonings and the Berkshire pork loin were stunning each in their own way. Bravo - a true Montreal dining gem worthy of a visit. Or many visits!
All the ingredients for a pleasant evening were there: a good company and discreet crew, a short and controlled menu - focused on vegetables -, a good-natured and relaxed atmosphere within a sober and subdued decor. There is a humble quality about the ambiance and the dishes. The presentation was not pretentious and most importantly the dishes were delightful to eat. The staff were also welcoming and warm.
