every time i pass by this place after 10 o clock they dont serve any kind of food which doesn’t make any sense if this happens every time im there, not even the simplest thing such as bagels, they say we’re out of stock that means the manager doesn’t know how to order from the supplier, or there is food and the employees are a bit lazy to make some
We've been going here for many many years now. And we decided from the drive-thru and I have to say the new staff does not know how to work. I asked for a sesame bagel, double toasted with cream cheese and this is what they gave me. This is not the first time it happened.You ask them for a small iced cap, they make you a medium and charge you a medium. You ask them for a medium, they will make you a large iced cap and charge you accordingly.

The customer service was so good especially there was this girl Sunaina .Apparently, I took the hot chocolate and it was all watery. Then I went again asked them to redo it . And she did it for me. She was so nice and friendly.
