Honesty, I've been a customer here for years.. the last 2 years have been horrible. BUT **** the last 4 times that I been, the service has been amazing. The coffee and french vanilla was great but the food was very cold and not fresh. I went in to exchange, not a problem but they should keep an eye out on their food. Other than that, great smile and fast service.
We ordered today january 18, 2024 via drive tru about 8 hot drinks and the employees including the manager were rude to tell us we are not allowed to order there anymore and banned us to the location because we are ordering too much. Bad service I hope Tim Hortons franchise will do something about it! As I can see we are not the only one who have already experienced bad service from them.

Hair in my food this is disgusting I do not recommend this Tim Horton store awful, this is not acceptable NO. I saw this news not long ago but I didn’t believe it till I experienced it.
