We did make a reservation, which I recommend so that way you're not waiting (or won't be for long)

“Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind and helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins and it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs and poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly and said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience and price point was reasonable for lunch.”

I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.”

“We are great fans of the Imperial restaurant. We love to go for Dim Sum and their dumplings are very plump filled with yummy goodness. We also adore their sticky rice. We tend to go first thing in the morning and there is always space. The staff are pleasant and service is very fast. We received our order 7 minutes after placing it online using the code on our table. We recommend the Imperial for Dim Sum fans in the West Island as we are loyal customers who are so happy they are here.”

“We were served by Andrea who was absolutely perfect, with a great sense of humor and she was efficient and quick. She said she appreciated us as customers, which was nice to hear. Andrea is true professional and valuable asset to your establishment. I had the Versailles, which has the cinnamon bun and that bun is for me a perfect cinnamon bun, surrounded by fresh fruit and the egg: that is my go to plate.”

“Got stuck in this area and had to bring my car to a mechanic beside this restaurant. Was the bright part of my day. Ordered breakfast here and it was amazing. Very fresh ingredients and home made bread. Only two people working and they looked busy but still took the time to warmly serve me. I hope I did not bother them as I think I came past their schedule. Would happily go back here when I am in Pointe Claire. Very good breakfast restaurant and in-house bakery.”

“La Diperie in Pointe-Claire is the favourite ice cream spot for my wife and I. We love the choices of dips and coatings and the ice cream is of an excellent quality. BUT I did not give full stars for service because for some reason the opening hours are often not respected. On multiple occasions when the shop is posted as being open we are majorly disappointed when we arrive and the doors are locked. The latest time was this past Saturday in mid afternoon, probably the last beautiful summery weather day on a weekend for 2024...and it was closed up tight! So we went down the street and made do with another ice cream shop. The word of advice if you don't want to be disappointed is to call ahead, don't believe what you see posted on Google for the 'open' status, it's often not correct.
UPDATE: The response from the La Diperie Team was also disappointing, they completely ignored the complaint about not respecting their opening hours. Am I to presume no effort will be made to correct this pattern?”

“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.”
