“I gave 4⭐'s for athmosphere because I found the tables a little to close to each other and I could hear conversations at the next table. It makes people talk louder to drown out conversations you don't want to hear so I thought it was a bit too noisy. I also think they can put a bit more care in their presentation. Either resurface the table tops or use tablecloths/place matts since the tables are looking a but dingy.
Service was excellent and food was very delicious.”

“For the past years I go buy my food at Poulet, i always had an amazing experience there! The staff and even the owner are all amazing and I'm pleased to go there. This was my my go to spot during College when I wanted to treat myself. The staff remember their customers (which is a plus in my book).
I still do after a long day of work! I wish they bring back the wrap, it was one of the food I enjoyed a lot!

The desserts are so good, it's worth it! Hopefully more options would come later down in line! It's pretty cool that they started the 2 for 1 promotions and this is my second time using that promo!

“We took our son and wife for their b/days on Sat. Oct 4 2025. No waiting, Place clean, ambience good, waiter great. It was our 1st time and in general the food was very good,(filet mignon, done to taste, Salmon, fries ,which were dry, tasteless and cold. Frozen fries are way tastier at the fast food restaurants; McDonald's, Harveys, A+W. etc. With a restaurant of this calibre we certainly expected fresh fries. It really spoiled our dinner, as we all chose fries with our meals. It's nearly insulting. If you don't have the facilities to offer fresh fries, then just serve baked or mashed. Sorry! it really left us with a bd taste in our mouths. Will we go again??? Not so sure! Sadly! P.S the stars are not right. Overall 4 stars, Food is 4 stars, service is 5 stars and atmosphere is 5 stars”

On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.”

“Located in the very busy restaurant section. Plenty of seating to eat. Very tender and juicy meat we had chicken and pork. The spice on the potatoes is really very good. A very interesting option for variety on the plate. Courteous and helpful staff.

“Good service, decent atmosphere with a medium sized restaurant. It's not too loud which allows you to talk in a bigger group. It can accommodate different size groups, it just takes a little longer to get your food in larger groups, naturally.
Nice variety of food choices. If you don't eat sushi, there are other options that were tasty. The sushi rolls were fresh and nicely rolled. I personally found that the different rolls tasted very similar which took some points away in my opinion. But overall, it was a nice experience.”

“Lou’s Pointe-Claire is a great spot with a really nice atmosphere. It’s not a very big restaurant, so it can fill up pretty quickly, which says a lot about how popular the place is. I would definitely recommend making a reservation, especially on busier nights.

The food was delicious and everything we tried was full of flavour. The lobster roll was really good, and we also enjoyed sharing a few different dishes at the table.

Service was excellent throughout the evening. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

But I gave in and we had a regular salty pretzel and I must say I was very much pleasantly surprised. It was really fresh, still hot and just melted in your mouth (plus they are Canadian 🇨🇦!). There wasn't that much salt on it, I wouldn't say it's a healthy snack, but still a nice snack that is much less bad than most of the other snack shops and treated great. I was also quite surprised that it was not more expensive, I wouldn't say that it is cheap but for a mall snack $5.50 is not bad for what you get. The one thing that disappointed me was the fact that they give a big bag to every single person, so much waste, you could just give me 2 of those pretzel holders and that would be sufficient since I'm eating it on the spot as our most people.”

The sandwich was warm and filling while the hash brown had a nice crunch. Service was friendly and fast too. I'll definitely be back for breakfast.”
