As a Belgian, the choice of beers is ok even if there are no Belgian Trappists available. I tried the “Flemish poutine”. The piece of carbonnade was good but the sauce was more of a barbecue sauce than a Liège syrup sauce....

I ate the carbonades which were excellent as were the celery root puree, crunchy vegetables and the fries. Even if it's not exactly like in Belgium, I found this dish even better. Never in a foreign country will you have exactly the same dish as that of another country, it's impossible. Here I even found the dish more finely seasoned than the original.
