Charbon steak house was undoubtedly one of the best in its category, pleasant staff and super good food. We took the tomahawk stake at eleven which is around $150-170 per steak which comes with sides for two. You can choose the cooking of your tomahawk and I strongly recommend blue like the photo below.The location is very well located and you have access to indoor parking for $5. The starters are succulent, the smoked salmon is a must-try
Très beau local avec une histoire particulière . Nous avions commandé deux chaudrée de palourdes. La deuxième je crois qu’on avait oublié de là préparer. Lorsqu’elle a été servi elle ne ressemblait pas a la première assiette.la deuxième avait beaucoup noins de légumes et était plus liquide.les pommes de terres en purée avec ail, la consistance était plutôt moutonneuse.

Merci beaucoup Philippe! We had a great time here! Everything is superb! All staff are friendly and nice. Philippe served our table and he is the best! I have not experienced such a service with manner and class in years. I ordered a prime steak with vegetables and salad. Steak is 10 out of 10. Salad is great. To my surprise, the asparagus which I normally hate, taste great here! I will definitely come back for more!
