This is my favorite Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and bagel in the morning. The dining room is very small and there is a long line of people, so I wouldn't go there to relax and read my paper, but for the morning on the road, it's perfect. I would like to emphasize the extreme efficiency of the staff. Even if the line goes all the way outside, it's very rare that we have to wait more than 10 minutes. I have never seen that. This Tim Hortons is very busy so for people who are often in a hurry this is not the ideal place. I find the place relatively clean and a small dining room to welcome so it does it really well. The staff are very helpful and I got everything I ordered in about 10 mins despite their rush. Always a pleasure supporting Tim Hortons! Thumbs up 3 stars! Tim Hortons Place de la Cité!

Once in line to order, I had to wait less than 3 minutes to do so. Well done! Not only were the staff very courteous, but they were also very efficient. In less than 5 minutes, my grilled chicken wrap was handed to me with a smile. Really, the day team (6 employees) doesn't skimp!
